Located in a beautiful historic University neighborhood right on the edge of campus, a quick walk or roll will get you to the heart of the University of Oregon in no time! Close to bus lines and many of Eugene's most popular restaurants and bars. Perfect for someone who wants lots of space in a quiet neighborhood.

A large family home with plenty of room to come together and spread out! Three bedrooms with queen beds and a futon provides sleeping space for up to 8.

Full kitchen and large dining table with leaves allows space for everyone. The beautiful backyard features seating and dining space with a bbq and covered area.

For children we provide a dinning chair high chair, an umbrella stroller, a car booster seat and a pack n'play.

Spacious and clean home close to UO
Stayed for easy access to Hayward Field. It is an easy walk. The patio and flower garden in back are lovely. Kitchen was well supplied and appliances are new. Great for cooking out breakfast. Listing is accurate for size, structure and convenient location. Becky was helpful.
