Just spent one night. Clean and quiet. Close to restaurants. We did not use kitchen so can't remark on that. Portable fans each room to help keep cool. Older home but clean home.
Great centralized location for Eugene/Springfield. Easy to get anywhere quickly. Nice quiet neighborhood. We were there 6 nights and the property met our needs.

Downtown Eugene with the ability to uber/lyft to anywhere you need. Great house!
Clean and nice property for me and my adult children. Good comfortable space and bedding in a great quiet neighborhood. Close to UofO and Autzen stadium too. We appreciated this nice home.
Made for a great home base while spending a long weekend in Eugene. After we hooked up our streaming services to the GIANT TV, we also enjoyed many NFL Wild Card games from the reclining couches. Host was great to work with. Will definitely stay again when we visit Eugene.
Very clean. We were very comfortable. The location was very convenient to stores and places to eat. It was really easy to get to Hayward Field for the track meet.
The beds were comfortable- always a big plus!
The home was clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood. We stayed there for 10 days while our daughter got situated at U of O. It was an easy drive to campus (about 5 to 10 minutes). You will need a car if staying here. Overall home had everything we needed and would stay there again for an extended stay.
The property is located in a charming residential neighborhood. Amenities are a short drive away. UofO is also close.
Home is very clean. Beds are comfortable. Communication with the property manager was easy - they were very responsive to my questions. Will stay there again when I’m in Eugene.
Super clean and very well stocked. Extra blankets, separate temperature control for each room, and enough cooking supplies to host Thanksgiving dinner are all great points. The huge TV with an active Netflix account was a huge perk.
Host lives near by and is super responsive to all concerns.
Only have one improvement suggestion: the listing should mention scented cleaning products are used, those with hypoallergenic requirements may have difficulty.

Okay
We had a pleasant stay in Eugene, but a bit of a misunderstanding between our original inquiry and the booked reservation caused stress leading up to our visit which carried over into our stay. There were also a few things not mentioned in the advertisement that if known, probably would have impacted our decision on choosing to stay here.
Pros:
-The bedding was comfortable and sheets smelled good
-The early check-in was very appreciated
-Nice neighborhood / Location
The house was not bad; it was in a good location. I don't think there was a comfortable chair in the whole house. The first thing I noticed in the morning was that the bathtub was not cleaned - there was hair in the tub (ugh!). The bathroom has been nicely updated but the kitchen not so much - the cupboard doors don't even want to close. The refrigerator door opens the wrong way, so it was very awkward getting things in and out. From the pictures the back yard looks very nice, but in reality it was a disaster - nothing but weeds. We never even set foot out there. And don't get me started about all the fake flowers throughout the house - many need dusting!
Great place from which to visit Eugene and surroundings
Comfortable property with all the amenities you could wish for. It is situated in a quiet family neighborhood, close enough to shops to be able to walk to them (if that is what you like). We cycled or walked most of the time and found access to safe bike routes easy. One note, which is not a criticism of the property, but something to be aware of, is that the Beltline Highway is close by, so road noise can be heard in the garden and if you have the bedroom windows open, at night. It did not affect our stay and we still happily sat in the garden to read our books.
