It was a nice, clean and convenient place to stay when we dropped our daughter off to go to U of O. The pictures were accurate of what the place looked like and it’s the best place we have stayed at in Eugene so far! Will stay here again!

This place was a real gem. It was located very close to the farmers market downtown which we enjoyed very much. The place was so clean, and decorated with great taste. It had all amenities, and nothing was missing. What a perfect stay. We would definitely stay here again, when visiting Eugene.

Great weekend stay
Came to town for some hockey games, and this was super close and convenient! Overall the place was very clean and perfect for a couple of people. Easy check in and out. The Apple Maps tag didn’t work great for direction but using google maps worked perfect.

Campus visit
Rental was convenient and matched our needs for a weekend UO campus visit for my daugther and I. Everything was within 10 minute drive. This is a duplex where there is an attached home, so you are sharing driveway and walls.

Gem close to downtown, great property!
This adorable house was perfect for our spring break get away with our two kids (10 and 14) to Eugene! It’s in a great location, a short walk to a cute little market…still within walking distance are even more great restaurants and another grocery store. This house was stocked with everything we needed and checkin and out was super easy! Nhan was great to communicate with and quick to respond to all our messages! We will be staying here again when we make it back to Eugene! Highly recommend this property!!

Very cute place that’s easy to get to and easy to get into. My daughter now wants to furnish her room like one of the bedrooms. It’s connected to another house, so there was some noise and action above at least one of the bedrooms, but it wasn’t all night so it was fine. The place looks like a stand alone unit from the street so it took us a minute to figure out what the noise was. We would stay here again.

This was a great rental!! We have stayed in many places in Eugene over the years and this was one of our very favorite! Perfect location. Close to everything. Off street parking for one car was super convenient, plenty of street parking for our second vehicle. Easy self check jn, zero problems. House was extremely clean with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and linens were fresh and clean. Kitchen had everything we needed, including coffee and tea. WiFi was fast. Owner was extremely easy to work with and communication was excellent. Would highly recommend this rental if you are staying in the Eugene area!

Everything about this place was clean and neat and very nice. My only issue was we only had 1 1/2 maybe, 2 minutes of hot water. Tried to give my 6-month-old granddaughter a bath and there wasn't even enough hot water to put her in there.. we had to warm up pots of water on the stove to get enough hot water in for a little tiny baby, so we didn't bother to shower the next morning. A bigger hot water heater would definitely be a plus!
