Great Space—Better Host
Space is great. Neighborhood great. Host went above and beyond to ensure our trip to Eugene was a great experience. Communication was great, super nice. Very accommodating of changing travel plans (airline delays) out of our control. Nothing but positive things to say. David get's an A+ from the group.

This is a *superb* property, with a superb host. David takes exquisite care of the house and yard, has excellent taste in decorating, and is very well attuned to his guests' comforts and possible needs! The house is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood not far from the University campus. The patio off of the dining room is beautiful, quiet, and - in summer - full of the sweet smell of jasmine. And the neighbors are very nice! If you can book this house for your Eugene stay you will not be disappointed!

best home in Eugene!
This is a spacious, clean, comfortable and fully renovated 1930's craftsman home. Hayward field is 1.9 miles away and the fairgrounds are 1/2 mile. The neighborhood is a fun and relaxing walk. The interior of the home is beautifully restored Victorian style with stained glass windows and even a vintage usable clawfoot tub in the downstairs bath. Bedrooms are upstairs via the original narrow steps. Both bedrooms are spacious, private (almost like mini apartments) and each has an ensuite bath. AC is throughout the home (except for the master bath and 2nd floor hallway.) Portable fans give an additional cooling boost upstairs when the weather is hot. There was one fan provided and we brought two. The front porch and 2 patios provide relaxing space to enjoy the beautiful landscaping. We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It is a true gem!

Nice location. quiet street. Clean comfortable house and well stocked kitchen (better than home ) . Beautiful yard with many nice plants indoors and out. Would definitely recommend it and would stay there again without a doubt!
