The cottage sits in a quiet neighborhood located minutes from the Willamette River, tree-lined walking trails, plenty of shopping options. The home is entirely yours, except for a cleaning supply and storage room.

*The master bedroom is furnished with a Tuft and Needle queen-size bed and has an attached bathroom and shower

*The second bedroom is furnished with a full size Futon w/mattress topper for added comfort

*The guest bathroom is centrally located and includes both a shower and tub

*Closets in hall stacked with linens and towels and other essentials

*The deck includes outdoor furniture and a relaxing hot tub

There are two off-street parking spaces right next to the house. The home is easily accessible via a sidewalk and two steps on the deck leading to the front door.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances and accessories you may need.
The house is climate controlled via a heat pump. There is a gas fireplace in the living room for dreaming and relaxation.
Guest access
Guests have 2 parking spaces, full use of front yard and part of the back yard.
Other things to note
There is an air filter in main bedroom for anyone who suffers from allergies.
Next to the hot tub is a Schwinn Spin bike for your use
There is a sweet park with beautiful trees across the street and an indoor pool and sauna that costs quests only 3 dollars because you are in-district!
