This is our 3rd stay so...we must like it. It is a big house with plenty of room to spread out. Good location for us. Easy to avoid the Beltline. LolThere were a couple of hiccups this visit but they were resolved quickly.

A Jewel in the Emerald City
We spent two weeks using this home as our base for visiting with relatives and enjoying Eugene. We were able to cook and entertain comfortably with new appliances and the well-equipped kitchen. We enjoyed walking in the beautiful and tranquil neighborhood. (The neighbor to the north prominently displayed a sign threatening to shoot trespassers, but we had no contact with the person.) The home was clean, nicely decorated, and everything worked. The grounds were lovely and well-maintained. We enjoyed our stay.

We were in town to visit family living in Santa Clara area. Perfect location for us. The house was spotlessly clean. Very comfortable and spacious. Loved the farmhouse decor. Communication and instructions were clear. This is top of our list for our visits to Eugene.

Friends getaway
My friends and I like to get away for a long weekend of sewing, gabbing, laughing, eating and watching movies. The dining table was nice and long and awesome for our needs. Very nice house. Quiet neighborhood. The snacks and coffee pods for the coffee maker were a very nice touch. We had a wonderful time and would stay there again.

Overall a very nice property though the master bathroom is not adult male friendly as the hallway bath. The four of us are well over 60 and the furniture in the living room and the room of the kitchen. As I said overall very nice.

Great house. Big. Comfortable. Nice yard (good for small dogs). I don't cook on vacation but it appeared that there were plenty of items in good shape for those that do. Big TV that worked good. No snafus with internet. You actually got to park in the garage! A rarity and quite a treat in the rainy weather. The shower in the master bath is TINY. I used it once and will use the guest tub/shower the next visit. We visit Eugene a lot and look forward to making this our home away from home when we do come to visit our family.Evolve is always great to work with. Angie, property manager, is personable and quick to respond. Look forward to returning.

This is a nice home in a quiet community that is great for a family get together. We came down to Eugene for my husband's participation in the Oregon Knife Collector show at Lane Event Center on Thursday thru Sunday. Our son and his girlfriend and my father-in-law showed up at various points during our extended weekend. I was able to work comfortably at the desk on Thursday and Friday and there was plenty of room for people to spread out and enjoy their space. We had a great time in this house. It was very comfortable, the communication was great, and I couldn't get over how well I slept! They had a couple of games such as Uno, Jenga, and Monopoly. There is a fire pit and gas grill on the covered patio. Propane provided for the grill but you need to bring your own firewood. Grocery and pharmacy near by. We were within about 10-15 minute driving distance to most of Eugene. It was nice to come back to the quiet neighborhood each night and not worry about any disruptions.

Great Home for Family Get Together
I came to Eugene for an extended weekend with my spouse and our dog. My father-in-law, our son, his girlfriend and their dog joined us at varying points over the weekend. I was able to work comfortably from the desk on Thursday and Friday. There was plenty of room for people to spread out and enjoy their space. We had a great time in the house. It was very clean and comfortable, the communication was great, and I can't believe how well I slept! There were a few games like Uno, Jenga, and Monopoly. There is also a grill and a fire pit under the covered porch (propane provided for the grill but you bring your own firewood for the fire pit). We found everything reasonably expected (as long as you're not looking for something like an instapot it's all there). The home is located in a quiet community and the back fence borders a quiet neighborhood park. There is a grocery store and pharmacy nearby and the property was within about 10-15 minutes drive of just about anything else in Eugene. It was nice to be able to come back to the quiet home at the end of the day and not have to worry about any disruptions.
