We were a family of eight staying in Eugene for our daughters graduation from U of O.
The location is in the hills just outside of the city which was just beautiful and in the suburbs, but was also easy to get to the graduation ceremony.
The home was large enough to house all 8 of us and also some gatherings of 14.
Just loved the property.
The only reason I didn't give it five stars was because of the indoor/ outdoor cat. We are animal lovers and loved the cat, but it wasn't listed on the advertisement and could cause someone problems if they are allergic. The kitchen cookware could have been better stocked as well. But overall we really enjoyed our stay and found the owner very easy to work with.

Disappointing property
If you like frumpy retro music vibe then this house is for you. The listing is not an accurate description of house. Stay away if you are allergic to cats as Ginger Baker is on property and likes getting into the house. No mention of a cat in listing. No workout area as advertised. We blew a fuse using two blow dryers at same time in different locations of house. No mention from owner to not do this even tho he knows the house circuit can’t support this usage. No smoke alarms, toilets disgusting with black mold, not sure where the beautiful views were as mentioned, two beds are single mattresses on the floor, spiders were in one of the bedrooms. Towels were old and ratty. For what we paid per night, house did not live up to the price.
This home was comfortable for our older and younger guests. We enjoyed the backyard, which worked well to host family bbqs to celebrate our college graduate. The furniture is comfortable and the layout is perfect for large groups. The music themes added to the fun. While we didn’t use the bar downstairs it would have been great if the weather hadn’t cooperated with us. Very friendly and helpful host as well. We saw will turkeys every day and we enjoyed the quiet as well.
Perfect property to have a group of friends/family. We stayed here while going to the duck game and thought the property was very accommodating. Would definitely stay again.
Stayed for a weekend and house was perfect with everything we needed. The music vibe went great with our concert plans. Hot tub was nice and relaxing. Would stay here again if needed. Host Tommy was responsive and helpful.
A group of us came for the World Athletics Championships, we all loved this place. This clean, cozy and inviting house tugged in a peaceful neighborhood, a beautiful path around the corner leads up to the spectacular Ridge Line Trail.
The owner who loves music is very nice. We also fell in love with Mr. Ginger Baker, a super cool orange cat who hangs around in the back yard, and occasionally come into the house to social with us.
I will definitely stay here next time I come to Eugene.
