Beautiful Midcentury modern 4 bedroom home

Updated and stylish midcentury modern home in the classy Oakway neighborhood nestled at the end of a quiet dead-end street! Everything you could want are within just a few miles so getting around is effortless whether you walk, bike, or drive! Just 1 mile to the Oakway Center, 2 miles to Autzen stadium or 5th St Public Market, 3 miles to Matthew Knight Arena! We can't wait for you to enjoy this lovely home! Please be respectful of the neighbors/hood, we do maintain relationships with them.

The house is located on a 1/3 acre professionally landscaped private lot with a fully fenced back yard. A ping pong table is available for use in the garage. A propane grill is also available. Rooms are spacious with ample closet space.

There is off-street parking, 1 open garage space, 2 spaces in the driveway, and street parking is also available.

Our stay was great! House is older but in a very cute neighborhood that is well kept, felt very safe. Perfect location for easy access to Autzen. How was big enough for 2 families comfortably.

Midcentury Modern in a great North Eugene neighborhood
My family had a nice weekend together at this classic ranch house in March 2022. It was very clean and well maintained with a huge yard and a great location. We especially liked the neighborhood that was very family friendly.

Large floor plan and 4 bedrooms were great for accommodating the 5 of us. All necessary bathroom, linens and kitchen amenities we needed were supplied. Nice outdoor seating in front and back yard with large trees to shade seating areas.

We had two families celebrating Thanksgiving while visiting my son who’s a student at U of O. The house was the perfect size for all of us and the kitchen was well equipped with 2 ovens for last minute preparations of our Thanksgiving feast!
