Well behaved pets accepted. No hot tub. This spacious two bedroom, two bath home was built in 2009 and has all the modern conveniences. Unlike many homes in Eugene, this home IS AIR-CONDITIONED! Large great room has gas fireplace, 65" flat screen, sky lights and sliding door to deck. The fully equipped kitchen features new appliances and everything you need to feel at home. Sit on the deck and watch ducks occasionally land in the pond right outside your door. There is convenient ADA access throughout for guests with disabilities and the home is all on one level. Plenty of room for extended family or two couples, each having their own room with queen beds. Two others can find a queen sleeper sofa in the spacious great room. You will love this quiet, safe and convenient setting approximately 3.5 miles from University of Oregon campus, 2.2 miles from Autzen Stadium/PK Park where the Ducks play football/baseball & Matt Arena for basketball fans. Enjoy the comforts of home away from home and be together instead of the expense of 2 hotel rooms and no kitchen. Plenty of free parking too!
EVENT SURCHARGES: For local events (Duck football, basketball, track, etc) there is an Event Surcharge of $50/night. For national and international events, there is an Event Surcharge $100/night. No hot tub.

Lovely property. Very homey and exceptionally clean!
Mike and Terry were very gracious hosts. They made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Their backyard oasis is exactly that and Oasis. The house was so clean and cozy and just like home. We will definitely be staying there again.

Our second stay here, wonderful! We needed extra chairs for our big family dinner and Mike made it happen. Super kitchen and dining room layout to accommodate 12 happy eaters! We enjoyed a restful 3 nights and in all, had a very happy stay.

Great location and host
My husband had major surgery and needed to stay in town for a week to recover. The house was perfect and had everything we needed. Mike was very accommodating and quick to answer any questions. We will definitely be back to stay for a fun visit next time.

This was a very nice clean House. Both Bedrooms had queen beds, or course I sleep in the bedroom with bathroom attached. I was visiting a vet and friends & family will i as in town. You will not be disappointed when you stay in there guest house. All you will need is your own food, this house as everything you will need. I will be back to stay again.

Great host and an even better place!
Mike was fantastic right from the first phone conversation. Great host and great positive energy. Conveniently close to food and grocery stores. We came for Ducks spring football game and it is really close to Autzen. The house is beautiful and has everything we needed. I will stay here again.

Home and host are both a pleasant surprise.

Very nice place to stay
This is a nice clean home centrally located, close to everything. Mike the owner lives on the property in his own house and is very welcoming. The yard of this home shares with the owner Mike's house. They have a bonfire on Saturday nights and it looked like fun, we were there to visit family so we were unable to participate.

No Regrets
The house is very well appointed with everything you need. Mike is an excellent landlord and so accommodating 24-7 just dial him up and he can make it happen. Located in the sweet spot of town anything you need just minutes away. We loved our stay and will return again.

They thought of everything!
This house is so comfortable and well-supplied. It truly is a home away from home because of all the little extras - a big selection of spices, a large fresh fruit bowl, some specially selected local wines. We loved the big ADA-compliant shower, especially since we are getting older. The location is very convenient with major shopping nearby and easy access to Downtown and the university. We'll be back!

Eugene Oasis
This was a home away from home for our family. We had everything we needed for our stay and our host, Mike, was very helpful with any questions we had. We enjoyed the complimentary fruit and bottle of wine! Loved sitting out on the deck enjoying the peaceful grounds. One of us was in a wheelchair and it was a breeze to get inside, move around in the house, which includes an accessible bathroom and even to go out on the deck. We highly recommend this home and wonderful hosts.
