The room exceeded expectations however the entrance is hidden from street and it is easy to confuse this hotel from another hotel with similar name on the same street. No personnel at gate which delayed my entering and leaving property.

I booked a room with balcony, when i got there at check in i was told that the room i booked did not come with a balcony, thats why i had to upgrade which cost $150 per night more which i think is a rip off.

Great location and fabulous staff. Our room was pretty shabby though with evidence of some pretty poor quality repairs. The bathroom was not clean. The common areas are coming due for repairs but I love that the character and style still remains.
