"Hotel is good, front desk is great...they do their best to help. Breakfast was really nice... We had three rooms in two days... First room...wrong bed arrangement. Second room ...a hummer noise with the heater after the first night and the hotel DID NO HAVE any maintenance support available and it was a Friday. So...they gave us the third room for our second night...(yes, we had to move our luggage three times). Again...it has potencial...just bad management. We are world travelers and this was...

"We stayed here for 2 nights to visit the Dolomites. The accommodation is well located in the centre of Bolzano on a street with lots of shops and restaurants. It was around 10min walk from the main train station which we did easily with our luggage. We had 2 different room types for 5 adults, one with a lovely big balcony and the other was big enough for 3 adults. The rooms themselves were modern, large and clean. "Be Place is a gem of a hotel on the outskirts of Trento. We had a wonderful experience staying in this charming hotel. We enjoyed our room, which featured a picturesque view of the mountains. The staff were friendly and accommodating. And the breakfast was easily the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever experienced, with a selection of incredible pastries and local foods, like cured meats, cheese, and fruit. I can’t wait to come back.
