In the center and 2 minutes walk from the famous cliffs!
Terrace of 40 m² with three spaces: a dining area, a rest area with deckchairs and a space in front of the house with two low armchairs and a coffee table, ideal for coffee, aperitif or reading. You will also find a barbecue / brazier ... to treat you or warm you up!
Ground floor: bright and convivial living room with corner sofa, two trundle coffee tables, a table for 4 which unfolds to eat at 6, a fully equipped open kitchen, with new appliances: dishwasher, fridge / freezer, ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, toaster ... Flat screen TV.
1st floor: bedroom with double bed, 1 bathroom with shower and massage jets, washing machine, WC ...
2nd floor: a room with 2 beds of 90, an office / playroom with books, board games, puzzles ...
3rd floor: cozy attic bedroom, with marine frame, a double bed, a sofa, a coffee table and books available.
The rooms on the 1st and 2nd floor are equipped with wooden shutters and the 3rd floor has blackout blinds for the roof windows and hatches for the skylights.

We stayed in Eretrat for a night and found both the town and property to be beautiful and accommodating. The town and the beach and cliffs are breathtaking. This home is clean, adorable, and super close to everything you could want here! Wonderful!

Eine Oase der Ruhe im Trubel von Etretat
Wir waren zu zweit eine Woche in diesem schönen Haus und haben dort tolle Urlaubstage verbracht. Einziger Kritikpunkt von unserer Seite sind die Betten. Beide Doppelbetten sind nur 1,40m breit und daher für 2 große Personen eher nicht geeignet. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr nett.

Ein schönes kleines Reihenhaus in super Lage 2 Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Wohnen über vier Etagen, schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es war alles notwendige vorhanden. Sehr guter Bäcker sowie Crêperie wenige Meter zu Fuß. Im Ort starker Tagestourismus, das Parken geht am besten auf dem großen gratis - Parkplatz ca. 15 Min. zu Fuß, sonst sehr teuer.

Tolles Häuschen in Etretat
Wir waren zu dritt 3 Nächte im gemütlichen Häuschen und haben u.a. die tolle Lage (Top Bäcker um die Ecke und keine 5 Min zum Strand) und die schöne Terasse genossen. Es hat nichts gefehlt und die nette Kommunikation war prima und schnell. Absolute Empfehlung!

excellents moments dans cette petite maison charmante
la maison est charmante, bien équipée, les propriétaires disponibles. Etretat à pied, la plage à 2 minutes, le rêve!!! Les frais de ménage pour moins de 24h à 3 sont facturés 45 euros! Compter 3 heures de ménage c'est trop! Les frais d'Abritel ont trop augmentés, au début ils n'existaient pas. Il est normal d'en payer, mais plus modérement il me semble.

Super verblijf gehad!
Gezellige nette woning van alle gemakken voorzien. De locatie is ook top, op loopafstand van het strand, winkels en restaurants. Erg gastvrij en kwa communicatie ook erg fijn; super snelle reactie op berichtjes. Ook heel fijn dat er meegedacht wordt over parkeergelegenheid en opties voor goede restaurants worden gegeven! Zeker aan te raden!
