Great hotel
I love that little hotel. It was a bit time- worn and the rooms were tiny, but it was so charming and it's in the best location. Amazing, friendly service too. I would definitely stay there again! Great restaurant across the street as well.

This property is only steps away from the beach and the walkways into both directions of the fallaises. It is opposite a gorgeous medieval house with a good restaurant and other dining options around. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast met our expectations.

Overpriced shabby hotel with rude service
The hotel is clean but pretty shabby. Outdated rusted plumbing in the bathroom and rude staff. Supposedly they have free parking for guests. We arrived late at night so had to park on the street. Upon early checkout I asked if we could re park or car in their free garage at least until checkout time. The response was that since we just checked out, we could not use their parking garage. Then I suggested that we change our check out time until it was due, and then the person said that they don’t have any space in their parking garage. So, I guess they do have parking for guests, but not for all guests at any rate.

Hotel a due passi dal mare. Personale super disponibile e professionale anche nel gestire e risolvere nell’immediato un mio errore di prenotazione. Nonostante la storicità e fascino della srruttura, le stanze sono molto calde e accoglienti anche quando all’esterno c’è la neve. Ci ritornerei volentieri e lo consiglio.

Sehr nettes Personal. Die Zimmer sind klein aber sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Croissants zum Frühstück sind die besten, die wir je gegessen haben.

Il giudizio negativo è dato dal fatto di non aver potuto fare una doccia con acqua calda a fine giornata. L’hotel è un po’ datato ma pulito e con un’ottima posizione. Stanza molto piccola.

Ett hotell med toppenläge och närhet till allt. Vi fick ett litet rum (nr.8) som var mycket charmigt men litet. Frukosten var en enklare variant med bröd, smör, marmelad, kaffe, youghurt, juice och croissant. Att parkera i området funkar ganska bra om man inte kommer på helgen, då är det svårare att hitta i närheten till en rimlig kostnad. Parkeringen har olika zoner till olika kostnader och längd på max parkeringstid.

J'ai passé un excellent séjour à Étretat et à l'hôtel des falaises où le personnel est adorable, très sympathique. Dommage que le soleil ait brillé par son absence mais je rapporterai des souvenirs plein les yeux... en plus du ciré et de ma nouvelle paire de bottes 🤣😅❣️ Merci à toutes !

Très bon séjour
Un Accueil très chaleureux et agréable, c’est une première à cette hôtel, je ne regrette absolument pas mon séjour, je vous recommande, pour nous… On reviendra et le resto en face on y mange très bien, à refaire, je le referai.
