Broken door and no breakfast
"Everything was great however: the side door was broken and anyone could get in. And they stated they had breakfast, they DID NOT! It was coffee and tea, idk how they get away with stating they offer breakfast included."

"Only complaint were the couches, covers kept falling off and I think you need more seats for the number of people that the house holds. Additionally the dining room table seats were not sturdy. Therefore we were afraid to use it."
