Ideally located near the town center of ETEL and its shops, 300m from the beaches of ETEL, 24km from Carnac and 21km from Quiberon. 3-room house (approx. 70 m2, ground floor, 1st floor) with a bedroom on the mezzanine and a bedroom for 4 people.
The ground floor offers a living room / lounge with open kitchen area (including: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, gas stove, electric oven, fridge / freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster), pantry, 1 bathroom with WC.
The upper floor has 1 mezzanine bedroom with 2 90 x 190 beds, 1 bedroom with 1 140 x 190 bed. Enclosed courtyard with furniture and barbecue.
Small dogs accepted only. Household linen - household linen - baby bed - wifi box on order. Presence of animal 5 euros/day/animal.
