"This is a new and beautiful hotel at a great rate. Our stay was so comfortable, the buffet breakfast was amazing. The only thing is when we arrived the lady at the front gave us a hard time for booking a king room which they said was only for 3 guests. We had an infant and a preschooler who shared beds with us so we said the king was enough for us but she gave us a hard time anyways. We arrived late after a long day of driving so it was frustrating. But the manager came and helped resolve it immediately, he was great he showed me the room and made sure it worked for us which we really appreciated. I think the staff can get more training on being customer friendly and flexible but otherwise the hotel is amazing. Parking is tricky because sometimes cars park infront of the entrance so you can’t enter the free parking area. Perhaps more signs or have the front desk double check the parking entrance. "

"Parking was onsite easy in and out. The location n is beautiful as was our room, large, clean and comfortable. This location was walking distance from all we wanted to see. "

"It was a beautiful hotel in a restored very old building. Our room had a fabulous view over the long flatlands looking east (Évora is on a hilltop). Couldn’t be more conveniently located near the cathedral and Roman Temple of Diana."

"Excellent but small mistake dud happen.. Our room key given to another guest when we were in the room. Front desk acknowledge error and took responsibility for gravity of situation. Apologized abd offered complimentary breakfast! Despite embarrassing error, the i would return because they realized the error and took responsibility. "

"The common areas of the hotel are stunning! The wait staff in the bar and restaurant were wonderful! They must take comedy lessons and 2 are look alikes for Will Smith and Jack Black . They were so fun and enhanced our incredible dining experience. The bed was so comfortable and the linens were lovely . We had a balcony overlooking the grounds, which I imagine are gorgeous come spring and summer . It’s a quick ride into town, Park at the aqueduct parking lot for free and it’s an easy walk into the historic center . Stay here !!"

"We were greated at once. Unfortunately i forgot the gentlemans name who greeted us yesterday. We arrived around 2pm. He gave us a map and suggestions of locations to visit. It was wonderful we wete close enoughbto walk to yhe sites. It is lovely. He also offered suggestion for dinner at the resteraunt attached. He explained that our breakfast was included with our stay. All staff we met were very nice. We enjoyed our stay. "
