"The booking was confirmed on a 2nd floor, i got a 3rd floor, all switches dirty actually black, bed horrible mattress, there was a alarm ringing at 04 am on first night, and toilet cleaning very bad specially in the shower. Mean time I have lung emphysema and I complain about the floor as confirmation was to a 2nd floor they said that wasn’t for us chose the floor even if of the booking wouldn’t show that you were going to stay on a 3rd. So yes mainly was very bad "

"Beautiful place, beautiful location. Check-in process was very easy. Appreciated being on a cul-de-sac, which reduced the city noise somewhat (still under the airport flight path though). Really appreciated the heaters for when it gets cold at night. Really great location. Close enough to buses/metro/trams that take you anywhere in the city, yet just outside of the busy areas. Feels like an authentic neighbourhood and not a touristy one. Perfect if you are looking for old-world charm. Comfy...
