This two bedroom, two bathroom condo will open the door to a world of enjoyment that lasts throughout the seasons. Our stylish non-riverside condo is located on the west edge of Estes Park, CO, and offers all of the convenience of town yet the quiet of out of town. The condo is only minutes away from world class fly fishing, hiking and rock climbing. Take a nice stroll from the condo and within minutes you`ll be in downtown Estes Park where you can experience local restaurants and boutique shopping. Let Fall River Village be your headquarters for a family vacation, a romantic honeymoon, or a gathering with friends. We offer a fully equipped condo: full-size kitchen appliances with silverware, dishes, pots and pans, smart televisions in the living room and bedrooms, and free fiber wi-fi. One bedroom has a queen bed, the other bedroom a bunk bed, and the living room has a queen sofa bed with an upgraded mattress. We recommend no more than 4 people in this 630 square foot condo. Switched rooms on us. OVER CHARGED US TV cable did not work One hanger for two closets Kitchen grossly under stocked. Carpet torn and worn out. I REACHED OUT 4 TIMES VIA TEXT, VOICEMAIL, A VISIT TO THE OFFICE, AND A PHONE CALL. MANAGEMENT NEVER RESPONDED. I AM FILING A COMPLAINT WITH VRBO AND THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO DISPUTE THE CHARGES. w

Great Property - Management Unresponsive
We enjoyed our stay in Estes Park. The property was nice, clean, and conveniently located. Unfortunately, we had an issue with management. After paying for our VRBO, upon arrival, management took our credit card for what I thought were incidental charges; however, they charged our card again for over $1,000. When I saw the charge on my monthly statement, I tried contacting management. I have only ever spoken to one person. All other times, their phone goes directly to VM. The one time I got a person, she said she understood the error and would take care of it. It was never taken care of. Very disappointing. This was a great vacation, and I would highly recommend it if it wasn't for management.

Booking this condo through vrbo was a bit confusing, as none of the communication took place within vrbo, like other bookings I've made. Once that that was cleared up, the process leading up to check in and check out was seamless. The unit was spotless, and had all that we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable and although the unit isnt very large, it was perfect for our family of 4. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. This is just on the edge of town, but there is a walking trail that winds from this community into town, which was a perfect way to explore Estes Park. If i ever get back to Estes Park, I would definitely stay here again.
