Right off the deck is Fall River! Enjoy the calming river sounds, wandering wildlife, and gorgeous mountain views. Amenities also include community grills and seasonal pool. Only 1.3 miles to the Rocky Mountain Park entrance and 3.3 miles to downtown Estes Park. No smoking, no pets or ESA. Please know there are entrance cameras onsite. We reserve the right to cancel anytime.

Serenity by Fall River. What a cozy little condo cabin, sad we didn’t stay longer. The owner provided everything needed for a home away from home. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay close to RMNP.

My partner and I stayed at this location just for the weekend, and it was the perfect size! Walk out on the back porch and Fall River is truly right off the porch. Very comfortable and easy to maneuver and check in. Would stay here again!

As seniors and our first trip to Estes Park, CO it was perfect for us. We just wanted a quiet getaway right after the holidays.
