This home is impeccably clean and upkept, the location is perfectly near everything but right on the river so you still feel away from the city. We had elk in our backyard! Would definitely stay again.

We had an excellent stay at this property. It was clean, the furniture was comfy and it was a short drive downtown. Having the Big Thompson River in the backyard was awesome! Lots of time spent at the river!The host was quick to answer any questions we had. We had a fantastic stay at this property.

This condo is right on the river with a convenient walking trail in back to Coffee on the Rocks. Great beds, wonderful fireplace, spacious living area with comfortable seating. We would stay here again.

Wonderful experience

It was a great place to stay for our family vacation. Great location, clean and roomy. We were able to buy groceries and eat most meals there. Having a dishwasher as well as a washer and dryer were immensely appreciated.

Beautiful Getaway in Estes Park

Great location for a family with all the amenities you would want . Right on the river, there is fishing walking paths and just the peacefulness of nature right there. The owners were great and no issues with the property. Great Vacation!

We loved the home in Estes. This property wa immaculate. The location was fantastic and being on the river was an added bonus. Beautiful home in a great location. close to everything in Estes Park.

This is our 2nd time to stay in this condo and we'd stay here again! The condo is clean, comfortable and well-stocked. We like the close access to the park, and the quiet neighborhood.

Apart from receiving the wrong entry code, and having trouble contacting managers (terrible phone signal up there!) we really enjoyed our stay. If the town of Estes Park was not completely torn up due to construction (until Jan 2025 BTW) it would be an easy walk to town! Aldo missing a few human touches like salt, pepper, laundry detergent but then again it is off season,!
