This property was just perfect!! Was stocked with alot of little things you wouldnt think of till your stay. The homeowner thought of everything!! A lot of really nice touches. Beautiful quality home.
Fantastic location, minutes from downtown and close to RMNP. Clean, and a very well appointed home. Communicative responsive host.
Would definitely visit again! 10/10.
This property is perfection. It accommodated 6 adults very comfortably. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The house was very clean and everything we needed for our stay was provided. We sat at the patio table every morning drinking our coffee and enjoyed the beautiful view of the lake and mountains and in the evenings, watched the elk take a swim in the lake. Upon arrival, we met the hosts and they are truly kind and genuine people. I felt right at home and can’t think of one thing that would need to be improved upon.
stunning setting by Lake Estes...all modern looks to be new ! ... no problems at all...would have no problem sleeping up to 8...3 bedrooms 2 bath..each accessible by all bedrooms and TV (72") den...just two of us had more room than needed...also the grill is new and enjoyed...:) ... this will be a hit on Lake Estes VRBO..."cheers"
Antler View Retreat is blessed!
Lovely girlfriend weekend to enjoy amazing views while visiting. The immaculate clean accommodations with comfortable beds and new LR furnishings made for a restfully retreat. Excellent location on Lake Estes, walking distance to town visitor center and lake activities. So so very grateful for the breakfast items provided by gracious. I appreciate the excellent property management communication with timely response time! Would love to stay again! Hopeful the unit will have its own private washer dryer next time. It would make Antler View Retreat the perfect Lake Estes home away from home for longer stays with family.
A beautiful, spacious home that is well furnished and nicely decorated. The property offers easy access to Lake Estes and includes a wonderful view of the lake and the mountains. The owners were lovely and gracious as well.
The property is like a ground floor condo. The owners are upstairs but they are amazing. So accommodating and warm. There is no washer an dryer in the unit but the owners will let you use theirs. Beautiful location and we loved the property.
This is a very lovely, clean basement apartment with a wonderful view and the owners live upstairs. There is a washer and dryer in their part of the house. As long as you are comfortable with having owners onsite this is a wonderful place to stay, but when we booked the listing was very unclear about the situation.
There is also no A/C but it stays relatively comfortable with the dry climate.
Wonderful stay for our family near Rocky Mountain National Park
The location, stay and hosts were perfect for our Rocky Mountain National Park vacation. Everything was set up perfectly for guests (bath supplies, kitchen items, luggage racks) and was like staying in a high-end hotel, but with plenty of room for our family. The showers were hot with good pressure, and the bedding/linens were comfortable. The unit was cleaned to perfection. You can tell there is a professional touch all around in how this VBRO is managed. The hosts communicated well and were super helpful when we had a touch of altitude sickness after a hike. We really appreciated the coffee, juice and breakfast items. We didn't have to shop or stop for breakfast, so we could be out the door for a hike the first morning! The unit is in a lovely location with a perfect view for that morning coffee or afternoon drink on the patio with the friendly hummingbirds. We grabbed some delicious Thai takeout and enjoyed a dinner on the patio because we wanted to have a nice meal with a view! The location provides easy access to both east entrances of RMNP, downtown Estes, Stanley Hotel and plenty of restaurants/shopping. There's no shortage of things to do it the area. We wished we had planned to stay longer! Thank you hosts!

Breathtaking Views
The house is simply stunning. Very clean, location and views are unmatched in Estes Park. We were traveling for my daughter's national softball tournament and wanted to stay in the mountains. The hosts were very kind people.
Our only issue was the listing included washer and dryer. This was very important for us traveling with 2 kids and 4 adults for a week and also given we had softball games every day with dirty/smelly clothes. We also live in TX and traveled two days to get there with hopes of being able to do our laundry upon arrival. There is a washer and dryer on the property, but they are located in the owner's home above the downstairs appt/suite. I may have missed that somewhere in the listing, but we are very private people and did not appreciate paying so much and not having our own access to washer and dryer as promised. I would not have booked a property without it. I felt very uncomfortable with the entire situation and having to go up into their home to do our laundry.
I did voice my concerns to management, but was not offered any money back. At this price point, I don't think that is good business. There was a washer/dryer hook-up in the master bath, so hopefully they are planning on installing prior to hosting any further guests.
Aside from the laundry issue, the property has direct access to the lake and there are many activities for children/families at the marina a short distance away. We couldn't get enough of the mountain views.
This is an absolutely beautiful home that is right on the lake, as pictured! The inside is immaculate, modern, light, and well stocked. It feels brand new. Beds were very comfortable. We had everything needed and more. The owners were very kind. It was a lovely place to spend 9 nights!
We have to admit, however, that we didn't understand what the "B&B" aspect of the listing meant. Perhaps in our naivety, we thought breakfast was dropped off on certain days or something--we really didn't think twice about it. So we were surprised when we arrived and realized that the rental is just the downstairs portion of the large house you see in the pictures of the listing. We had just assumed that we were renting a full house. Perhaps most other people know this is what "B&B" means, which is why we don't want to subtract from the overall rating. But for those, like us, who wouldn't realize they aren't getting a full house to themselves (especially for the money), we feel the listing should state this explicitly. We would not have rented if we had known this was the case. To be clear, it has nothing to do with the owners--they were wonderful. But we have 3 teens who can be quite loud and it felt like we spent the week telling them to keep their voices down, etc. We could also hear people upstairs. So it felt more like staying in a very luxurious downstairs apartment than renting a house.
Again, the house is gorgeous. We just think the listing should be more clear.
We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The delicious homemade bread and refrigerator items were nice to have upon arrival. Genuinely nice hosts. Would definitely stay there again.
This was a beautiful location with a great view of the lake and the mountains. It was very well stocked and very comfortable. We would definitely recommend.
We spent 7 nights at this wonderful retreat at Estes Lake. The home was very comfortable, spacious, well furnished, and nicely decorated. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed meeting the hosts, Eunice and Jim. Hope to come back and would definitely select this home again. Close to town for dinners and strolling downtown. The highlight of course was the hiking in RMNP.. We hiked every day and got a timed entry ticket for 8-10 am entry.
We had a wonderful stay. The home is perfectly appointed, very comfortable and beautifully located on Lake Estes. We really enjoyed the patio overlooking the lake. Highly recommended!
This was a wonderful property for our family visit to Estes Park. Spacious, beautiful views and the owners have thought of everything to make the stay easy and enjoyable!
We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was lovely and had everything we needed and then some. Jim and Eunice were so kind and welcoming. It was a short walk to the marina and the views were a beautiful way to start the day!!
This place was exactly what we wanted and needed for an amazing stay in Estes Park. Clean, new, comfortable, loaded with extras and personal touches. Location was perfect for ease to all of our activities in Estes, RMNP, and on the lake. Eunice was kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend!
It was a beautiful location to stay at. Being able to look at the lake was calming. The place was very well appointed and clean. They even provided artisan rolls, bagels, and banana bread! Jim and Eunice were very welcoming. They allowed us to use their washer/dryer upstairs as they’re still waiting for one in the unit itself. They were lovely.
