A bright and inviting, mountain-modern condo just outside of town, this sunny getaway puts you just five miles from the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park or downtown Estes Park. Spend your days hiking, mountain biking, wildlife watching, boutique shopping in Estes Park, or just admiring the sublime mountain view right from your deck. Evenings are made for soaking in your private hot tub or dining alfresco under the starry mountain sky.

The light-filled living space features hardwood floors, an open layout, and plenty of room to gather with loved ones. The chef will be pleased with the full, well-equipped kitchen, and there’s room for everyone at mealtime between the dining table and kitchen peninsula seating. After days of outdoor adventures, come home to bask in the central AC if it’s hot or warm up with some cocoa in front of the gas fireplace if it’s cold. The washer/dryer will make quick work of any laundry while you relax with a bit of TV or a board game. Both serene bedrooms offer a sound night’s sleep for your next day of mountain magic.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Beautiful condo
What a great location! Beautiful views, comfortable, close to what we wanted to do. The hot tub was so nice, and we all had a great time. I would absolutely stay here again. We had a little trouble getting decent wifi for streaming a movie, but we eventually got it to work, and wasn't a huge deal. I highly recommend.

Very clean and well kept
We've loved our stay at this home. It had everything we needed and was very clean. We definitely will be back. The only complaint we had was the people above us were very loud at 5am, but this has nothing to do with the rental itself.

Perfect condo for visiting within 10 minutes of either the center of Estes Park or entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. The condo was clean, well stocked with kitchen items, linens etc. Would recommend as a great place ti sray for visiting this area.

Very attractive clean Condo
The Condo is very nicely decorated with nice furniture and paintings. Even the lighting was special. There is little view of the mountains and no view of Mary’s lake. The unit has lots of windows so no problem seeing the other units and some mountains. The biggest negative by far odd the noise from the unit above. Virtually no sound proofing so you hear every footstep. This family has 3-4 kids so it was a constant stampede above us. All future rentals will be to floor. The SkyRun staff were super nice and helpful.

Very nice place but had some concerns.
The check in process was ok but it would be nice to be able check in (if possible) early. Sometimes people get to town earlier than expected and have no where to go with their bags. We understand that sometimes this is not possible but maybe give people the option if it is available. Also, this place was on the lower level and there were people above us that was less than courteous. They were very loud at all hours of the night and will not stay there again. Again, we understand that you can’t control this, however if we were the homeowners, we would want to know to see if something can be done. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, just wanted these things to be known. Thank You!

Good but could be better
Nice property and very clean. However, the WiFi address they gave wasn't anywhere to be found in the list of addresses that appeared on my phone. Also there were two bathrooms with one small bar of soap in each. Which means when you wanted to shower you had to keep moving the one soap around. Very inconvenient.

Visited Estes Park with my husband and 2 sons, ages 9 and 17. This property exceeded our expectations! Condo: Beautiful large windows throughout allowing one to feel as though they were outside while sitting indoors. Spacious floor plan with ample room to relax after a day at RMNP. Well stocked kitchen with quality appliances. Modern, large master bathroom with double sink and shower, convenient second bathroom. Comfortable bed and linens. Good supply of games and puzzles. Properly managed by SkyRun who has a full staff available at all hours should any issues arrive. Beautiful deck with outdoor furniture and spa. Location: 10 min drive to RMNP 8 min to Estes Park/Safeway This unit has parking right outside, so convenient! Point of consideration: second bed is a little small for 2 adults but there is a pull out couch.
