Welcome to Taylor Peak, a mountain rustic two bedroom condo with spectacular views of Mary’s Lake and the mountains. Awake each day and savor a cup of coffee while watching the sun rise. Take a stroll to Mary's Lake for fishing or skipping rocks. After a long day of activities in Rocky Mountain National Park, curl up and enjoy a cup of hot chocolate in front of the gas fireplace. The kitchen is very well equipped for preparing your meals with full size appliances. At the end of the day enjoy a glass of wine on your deck, while taking in the brilliant night skies. Though it is in a few deck photo's there is not longer a grill at the unit.

The open living area you'll notice the comfortable Full-size sleeper sofa, gas fireplace, flat screen TV and magnificent mountain views. Enjoy the Brand New Private Hot Tub after a day of hiking! The well-appointed kitchen is perfect for easy meal preparation. The guest bedroom has a Queen bed, flat screen TV, and bathroom right next door. The Master suite features a Queen bed, flat screen TV, and private bathroom with rain fall shower head in the extra large shower.
This condo will keep you warm and cozy in the winter and cool and comfortable in the summer with Window Unit Air Conditioning. This lovely condo accommodates up to 6 people and will be your perfect mountain home away from home! The onsite, shared outdoor pool will open Memorial Day weekend, Through Labor Day weekend weather permitting.
This home is fully stocked with bed linens, towels, extra blankets, soaps and shampoo. The kitchen has pots, pans and dishes plus silverware. A standard coffee maker, toaster, blender, crock pot too. A washer and dryer with laundry pods to use.

This home is managed by Rocky Mountains Property Services, a family owned and operated business local to Estes Park.

Rocky Mountain National Park will implement another pilot temporary timed entry permit reservation system from May 23 through October 20, 2025. If you plan on visiting Rocky Mountain National Park during your stay please visit their website for details about reservations.

Amazing Views
We loved this property! Easily accessible to all directions of Estes Park. The only recommendations we would have is to upgrade the beds, and the family room furniture to accommodate more then 3 people to enjoy the space. The hot tub at night was an amazing experience. Just relaxing and watching the mountains.

Location was nice, great views from deck, nice to have a hot tub, accommodations were clean. Would help to have more lighting on outdoor steps. Even with heat turned off the unit was very warm - too warm for the beautiful weather we had. Surprised there was no on-sight recycling option.

Great home for our time in Estes Park
Not much can beat sitting on a patio in the hot tub, sipping coffee and looking into the mountains! Overall the home worked perfectly for our needs. The beds were on the smaller side, but anything was fine after a day of hiking. The construction next door was not active - which was not a problem. The only downside was that noise traveled from the unit above - especially walking / shuffling - so that was relatively loud some mornings.

We use VRBO for all of our travel but this was the first time that I was very disappointed in our accommodations. There was construction going next door, just steps from the front door, there was mold in the shower, the deck was in desperate need of staining, the cable television just happened to not be working, etc. The hot tub was the only redeeming value.

I was happy with how the floor had not been vacuumed. There will throw up or something on the blind in the bedroom as well as the blinds were broken I do not recommend this place honestly there's so much more that you could find in that area that's better for the price

Great view with hot tub.
Great deck, everything worked. Personal taste, beds were a little soft, although not personal taste the master bed sagged in the middle. We switched to the guest bed after the first night. I would've given 5 stars for cleanliness, but my wife's hyper sensitive nose detected a faint odor of urine in the main bathroom - my normal nose did not. Make damn sure you have the email with map BEFORE you get there, else you will spend 10 minutes driving in around units and walking up to units to try to read the poorly or unlabeled units IDs..

The condo was a great location, not too far from town. We were not a fan of how hot the condo was. There is only a window AC unit in the living room so the bedrooms do not get any AC. My husband and I ended up sleeping in the guest bedroom where we could have the window open to cool down the room. Beds are very small and hard as well. We had an issue with the hot tub one night but the owner got right on it and fixed it for us the next day. Could have used a little more of a deep clean/vacuum but wasn’t awful, I have seen worse.

Great Place Minus the broke hot tub
The place was nice but the sole purpose of us choosing this place was because of the hot tub. We also lost power for half a day. We had to have the technician come out twice to try and fix the hot tub and turn the power back on. The couch also had a nail sticking out of it which stabbed one of us in the leg! The hot tub should be fixed and ready to go if you’re going to charge for it. We did t get to go in it the entire stay- I’m super disappointed.

Perfect except for mattresses
We loved everything except for the mattresses. It was clean, bathrooms roomy, kitchen great, and balcony wonderful with hot tub (although it had an issue with staying warm) and grill. I would book it again for next year in a heartbeat if the mattresses were changed out esp. in the master bed room. It was painful to sleep on so we tried the fold out bed which was worse (sheet over metal rack). We asked if there was any way to change it out; there wasn't, so I got two extra pillows to lay over the bed; my husband had to go into town and buy a matt from the camping store for over $100.00.

Mary's Lake Condo
This property was in a beautiful location and perfect for our family of 6. The view from the deck was amazing. It was extremely clean and stocked with plenty of bath towels and supplies. I was thrilled that it had a washer and dryer! (The weather was rainy during our stay and we came back from some hikes with soaked clothes. It was great to be able to clean them.) Communication with renter was always very helpful and prompt! (Had a bit of trouble finding it, so we called the office and they talked us right to it.) We loved being able to grill and eat on the deck. Loved that there was plenty of parking. Felt very safe. Only negatives . . .sofa sleeper was uncomfortable, as they usually are. Was short on kitchen towels, but I read that in other reviews so I packed a few. Loved the journal. It was a special touch and fun to fill out with the kids. Would definitely reccomend!

Issues with Property but Some Were Resolved
The property was clean and had great views. We had booked it primarily for the hot tub. The living room and kitchen are smaller than they look in the picture. The hot tub didn't get above 79 degrees after our first night there. Property company came and looked it and supposedly fixed it but it never regained its temp. There were unusually cold temps during our stay and we woke to frozen pipes and no water on our second morning. I was surprised the property management company hadn't done anything to prevent this as it was forecasted. The property management company moved us to another property mid-afternoon that day. So in the end, our trip turned out ok but we were disappointed with the cold hot tub and the inconvenience of having to move mid-trip.

We had a great time here. The condo is within 15 minutes of just about anywhere you'd want to go. AC is really loud but blows cold air. We are very happy with our stay, it was great. Hot tub was a huge perk!

Could've been so much better
First the good points, we really loved the location, the views from the deck were spectacular and sitting in the hot tub at night listening to the elk bugle was magical. But unfortunately there was a pretty long list of things that weren't right or weren't as expected. Overall, floors, tables, and side tables were very dirty, especially the floors. We found food, hair and Tylenol pills on the floor. There were long blonde hairs all over the back of the sofa and the living room furniture was very worn out and impossible to sit on. The blinds on the French patio doors in the second bedroom had something spilled on them like coffee or hot chocolate and the lock on the door was broken as was the bracket holding the blinds onto the door. Those doors opened to basically nowhere to a dirty, dark area where other broken stuff was accumulating. The refrigerator door was missing most of the shelf bars so the door shelves couldn’t be used. The bottom fridge shelf center support was broken so only very light things could be put on that shelf. The dishwasher soap dispenser door was broken and couldn’t be closed. The nightlight in the kitchen was broken. The extra throw blankets in linen closet were dirty, as was the bedspread in the second bedroom. We had to wash both bedspreads. Stains on the floor in shower. Chocolate candy crumbs on the dresser in the second bedroom. Kitchen window wouldn’t stay open on its own and had to be propped open. A deep cleaning is needed here.

Clean property, nice location, beautiful view. Could use hooks outside to Hang towels after hot tub. Could really use more outdoor lighting, it was very hard to see especially coming in law to location when checking in. Comfortable beds. Overall good experience.
