We enjoyed our stay very much, the property was in a great location and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The kids enjoyed the loft space and pool. Communication was excellent with the property owner.
Property was great! The beds were extremely comfortabe. Loved listening to the river.
The only issues were Keurig machine was broken and the host did not respond to my email when we had trouble getting in the house initially.
My friends and I get together once a year with our significant others to catch up and have a good time. We all loved this property and the home itself was very well kept! I personally have stayed all over Estes in many places and this is one of my all time favorites. We had everything we needed and then some. Working with the owner was a breeze and his daily messages show his care and dedication to giving us a great trip. 10/10 stay and I would go back in a heart beat.
The location is amazing with great river views and close proximity to both rocky mountain natl park and the town. The lodge itself is a bit old and could use some love - chairs outside were not clean, kitchen could benefit from more utensils and wine glasses. That said, communication with host was very easy.

Property size and location was very nice. Property itself definitely needed updating and many improvements. Communication with the owner prior to arrival was excellent. We needed immediate communication with the owner after arrival for additional bedding. We sent three emails, two phone calls, and a text message between 6 and 10 PM and never heard anything back. Response came the next morning. Additional bedding was provided and the broken garbage disposal was fixed.
The location of the condo on the river was wonderful. I often have the back door open just to hear the sound. The space was comfortable enough for all nine of us and the quick car ride to the Fall River entrance was great. There is construction on that road which makes traveling in and out of it frustrating but that can’t be helped. The only small problem we ran into was running out of simple necessities like toilet paper and not having enough utensils without having to run the dishwasher every night. Communication was a little bit frustrating as well with the manager not answering his phone and not getting back to messages left on the Vrbo site. Overall, those are small issues. We enjoyed our stay very much.
The stay was amazing. Few broken things and dirty/dusty floors. Missing smoke alarm in main bedroom and several with low batteries going off in middle of the night. But overall an amazing stay.
Great location just 5 minutes from the entrance to RMNP. We had elk in front of the unit almost daily. The kids enjoyed hiking early in the morning and spending hours in the afternoon in the pool. The owner was great in communicating with us and answered all our questions quickly. The unit is large and it was clean. Can very comfortably fit 10 people and have plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. We grilled a couple of times on the public grills by the river right outside of the unit and the kids enjoyed getting in the river and playing while doing so. Definitely recommend for families, I am sure that during the winter this is also a magical location. In general, close to Estes close to the hiking trails and nice place to stay with the family and large groups.
This is a prime location with room for a very large group. It is right on Fall River with a patio and 2 decks that are riverside. The owner is very communicative with helpful info and quick answer to inquiries. The only thing that you need to know - if you have people with mobility issues, there are two sets of stairs to negotiate. The kitchen, dining, living room are on the 2nd floor.
It was a well kept, beautiful location. The sound of the river at night gave me the best sleep in years.
We so much enjoyed everything about this trip to EP this year. We are making it a yearly event!!
We keep coming back- the location to Estes Park and the Rocky Mountain National Park is perfect. Falling to sleep hearing the rushing river is wonderful. Seeing all the wildlife is so exciting. This townhouse has all you need and is comfortable and perfect for a family vacation.
We had a marvelous long holiday weekend here!! Our kids loved the stream behind the property and a large bull elk hung out in and around the front yard, which was AMAZING. We had easy access to hike in RMNP and all the fun of downtown Estes. This is an absolutely perfect location. Master bedroom mattress is super comfy and all 4 of our kids were able to pile into the kids bedroom comfortably. Had 2 other family members with us who were comfortable on the lower level, and we loved being able to hang out together in the common space on the middle level. The upstairs gets a little hot at night even with the windows open, so would recommend using the fans tucked away in the closets that we didn't notice until our last day. Lol 🤦♀️
Overall, we highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable mountain getaway close to all the attractions in and around RMNP. We would definitely go back!
We had a great time. The place was really great. The cleaning crew was behind a bit and forgot a few restocking items but it was no big deal at all, and the property manager was super responsive. This place is perfect for a larger group. Close to one of the Rocky Entrances and a short drive into town. The added bonus were the hummingbirds on the porches. With the feeder out we were able to watch them up close. The river behind the place was awesome as well and made for great white noise for sleeping. Also several elk adventuring around the property. I would stay here again for sure.
We keep coming back to this townhouse: plenty of space, close to town, closer to RMNP, creekside, plenty of balconies, elk sitings on property mornings and evenings. The facility has anything you might need, the owner responds in a timely manner. This townhouse is completely and wonderfully comfortable- more for the rustic seeker than the luxury seeker.
This is a well-located property with tons of space. The bedrooms are all generously sized and there is plenty of room in the main living room to accommodate a large family or group of couples/families. We love to hike, so being 1 mile from RMNP was a huge plus. Also loved opening the back door and hearing the River just steps away. Yes, the decor is a bit “retro” but that kind of adds to the charm :)
