Grace Manor ( License #3021 )is the perfect family retreat for large families. Nestled against Prospect Mountain in a quiet neighborhood in Estes Park, this cabin provides ample lodging for up to 14 people with unparalleled entertainment options on the property.
Estes Park is a wonderful place to visit and we want to be able to offer our home for many years to come. In order to make your stay enjoyable and to keep our license in good standing with the town, please read and acknowledge the few items below before you book this property!
This home is permitted by the town of Estes for 14 people (regardless of age) and six cars. No trailers or pull behinds of any kind are allowed to be parked on the property or the street.
This home is in a quiet neighborhood and no parties or events are allowed. There are quiet hours in the neighborhood of 9pm-8am.
This home has comfortable beds, and all linens and towels are provided. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and appliances and there is an outdoor grill for guest use. With 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, a large family room on the main level, and a large finished basement with a game area and theatre room, there is lots of room for adults and kids to spread out and have their own space to relax and be entetained.
Enjoy the views of Mount Olympus from the back yard or Prospect Mountain from the front. Among the pines that surround the property is a rushing river rock water feature (only running in the summer months)to relax by while bonding with family and friends.
Throughout the cabin is an entertainment paradise! The theater room includes a 75" flat screen smart TV with Netflix and cinema seating. For the 'kid in you', or the kids themselves, there is a foosball table, large pool table, and classic arcade games!
The family activities continue throughout the cabin. On the wrap around deck is a classic cornhole set up, and inside the expensive garage is a pickleball court with paddles and balls!
If you're up for a short hike, there are two great mountains nearby, Lily Mountain and Prospect Mountain. Both have amazing 360 views of Estes and the valley. Wildlife abounds, so bring your camera!
Downtown Estes is only a fives away. Enjoy the old salt water taffy shop, the decadent candy store or find your gemstone at the famous rock shop. There are several breweries in town, including the popular Rock Cut Brewery, a local’s favorite. Penelope's has the best burgers around, so be sure to check it out!
Less than 10 minutes away is the famous Rocky Mountain National Park (RMNP). A must-see while in Estes, RMNP has breathtaking views, wildlife, and hiking trails that everyone must experience to believe. Don’t miss it!
You are bound to see wildlife while in Estes, and there's a great chance you will see elk, deer and even wild turkey around the property. Between the nature and the amenities of the Mountain Estate, you are sure to have an unforgettable Estes vacation!
