A Lodge Feel in a Beautiful Private Home - EP Reg#3041

Enjoy staying at this spacious custom home, plenty of room for your whole party to relax and spread out. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, three king-sized beds and one queen (all Purple mattresses), all very comfortable. The master bedroom has its own fireplace, tons of room, and a huge bathroom with tub and a multi-jet rain shower. Hopefully the pictures of this place do the talking (and the reviews), but this place will really make you feel at home in Estes Park.

Out of the way of the main town, you'll be a short drive to the parking garage and start of the riverwalk through downtown Estes. Both national park entrances, north and south, are accessible without having to drive through the town traffic, and you're surrounded by beautiful pine forests. Three different deck/patio areas to enjoy the beautiful and peaceful views, the master bedroom even has it's own deck to relax on.

We started listing this home in June of 2021, so please read our reviews to know what kind of hosts we are, but don't pay attention to the property details if it's before then, our new place is bigger and better! Two sets of washer/dryers, one in the master bedroom closet, one in the downstairs garage, a wine fridge in the kitchen, a sunny breakfast/game nook with a popcorn maker, lots to enjoy here. We even have four lifetime passes to the newly-opened Mustang Mountain Coaster that you're welcome to use.

My wife and I have been hosting VRBO properties since 2008, and we strive to think of everything you might want to make your stay as comfortable and problem-free as possible.

Lastly, we have a town restriction, due to the fact that we're in a residential area, of four cars in the driveway at any time. We have four garage spots, so you can have up to 8 cars if four are in the garages, but the town enforces there only being four cars visible at any time (including for events).

Perfect stay for our elopement.

Family Wedding Weekend
We loved staying here. The house is fabulous with lots of space to lounge around both indoors and outside. The location is great - near to town yet a real mountain-like feel. Overall it was a perfect choice for our family weekend.

Loved the place. Well spaced bedrooms with open spaces and ample sitting space for large family events. Nick the host was more than accommodating and the home has every amenity you need. Grills, games, (2) washing machines, 4 1/2 bathrooms automated shades. The view was phenomenal and the entire family loved it. I’d stay here again in a heart beat! Four days stay for a wedding had our rehearsal dinner at the house
Our stay was absolutely amazing. The house was gorgeous. We had a few issues with cleanliness on our first evening, but the property manager was super helpful and super kind and helped us get through it very quickly and the rest of our stay was flawless. Everything you need to have a wonderful get together is at the house. The view is amazing. The area is amazing. I just can’t say enough about the house. Thank you so much for an amazing stay. The house helped to make my daughters and her fiancé’s wedding the most Memorable day of her life.

Our stay was fantastic, this house was sooooo furnished with items we usually go and purchase. When Nick said all you need to do is bring your food he was not exaggerating. He had coffee pods, ziploc bags, storage containers, foil, plastic wrap, seasonings, sanitizer sprays and wipes, lotion. Thanks again

Amazing beautiful comfortable home!
Nick was an amazing host and very prompt and clear with all instructions and how to access amenities. The house was beautiful, functional, and super comfortable with the Purple Mattresses in each room. The lay out of the house gives everyone privacy, and the communal spaces are large yet cozy and inviting at the same time. This was the perfect home for our family vacation.

Perfect for family gatherings!
This is an absolutely beautiful home in a great location. Nick was very accommodating and a great host. Our trip involved several family members gathering from different parts of Colorado and Nebraska, and everyone was so impressed by this beautiful home. It made our stay very special, and everyone absolutely loved the accommodations. There was ample space for our party of eight adults, plus three children. We highly recommend this gorgeous home for anyone who needs a large gathering place for families. We loved it!

Exceeded Our Every Expectation
From the moment we booked this stunning mountain home to when we checked out, every communication and detail exceeded our expectation. We had my son and daughter-in-law’s wedding reception here. All our guests, especially the bride and groom, were blown away. The house was equipped with everything we needed and our hosts were stellar. Thank you doesn’t seem to be enough to say. This home is forever in our memories along with the lovely wedding reception held here.

Wedding in Estes
Nick was great to work with. Very responsive and willing to help in any way. The house was perfect for what we needed which was a place for all to gather days before and after the wedding. Parking could be a little tricky at times but the lot at the bottom of the road worked great! Primary microwave was broken but they brought in a small counter model in it's place. The main outside table was damaged but again, Nick had one on order. The outdoor seating area was perfect for enjoying the sun/shade. This is the perfect house for groups with lots of individual space. Amazing architecture. My only suggestions would be to add a hot tub and a gas fire pit in the outside seating area. We recommend this VRBO 100%.

Estes Park family vacation
Wow! This house was amazing! Lots of different levels, with lots of character. Beds were so comfortable! We have purple mattresses at home so I was excited about that. Great investment, they last forever! Plenty of spaces for everyone. Views were amazing! It was close to lots of things to do. We had deer in the front yard and bunny’s. Great house for playing hide and seek in the dark! Lots of good hiding spots. We would definitely come again! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Home away from home
Great property; it's spacious and close to everything necessary for daily living. The views (from the deck or windows) lends itself to beautiful sunrises. That rain forest shower in the master bathroom, is serious. So much so, that my guests "preferred" using my shower. Shame on them. The house has nooks and crannies that are well suited for escaping the general population for a bit. For those who aren't accustomed to mountain driving, getting to it is a piece of cake, no scary, narrow, mountain roads and it is easy to find, I would rent it again!

Lovely Home with Lots of Space!
We vacationed at this property May 2022 and there were 6 of us. The property was very spacious and we loved the living room with the big open area and all the windows. It had a huge table for us to all sit at too which was really nice. It has neat character, large rocks where it looks like the house was built around them ( I am pretty sure it was). Having a patio area at different areas of the house was nice too. After all of us being together all day, it was nice to have a seperate area to go to if you wanted. Everyday and evening that we came back to the house, their were mule deers outside which was really cool, they didn't seem afraid of us at all. The house was very close to everything. Our only complaint would be that the cleaning needs to be better. Their were areas of the floors in the kitchen that were super sticky and I wiped up one area and the floor was black. It had several areas in the kitchen that I could see large amounts (of what I am guessing as Coke spills) on the floor. The chairs in the den had some crumbs and hair on them. I think they just need a better cleaning service! The beds and towels were clean and the beds were comfortable too! I wasn't a fan of the carpet in the bedroom. I did contact the owners a couple of times and they were always very responsive and nice. I would stay there again! It was really a nice home, comfrotable and open with lots of space!

This property is incredible! We hosted our small wedding reception here in October and it was absolutely perfect. Nick was so nice to give us a tour of the property before we booked, and he was thorough in answering all our questions. 10 out of 10 stay!

Great space & location home
This house is a great set-up! We had 4 couples staying & it felt like we all had our own space away from one another. Each room was large with it's own bathrooms inside the rooms. Lots of outdoor seating. Plenty of parking. Nick was very responsive with every message. As we were leaving I messaged him with things we saw needed repaired. Stove top didn't work, microwave plug fuse kept tripping, toaster oven wouldn't work, one exterior door wouldn't lock, a slider door wouldn't close well because it was off it's tracks. We know he can't fix what he doesn't know is broken. So hopefully those all will get fixed soon. The cleaning crew failed at their job. Unless things change, be prepared for dirty floors, sticky refrigerator handle, slider doors need a good wipe down & the carpets are in major need of a deep cleaning. The master has permanent stains he says will be replaced in Nov during their down time. There was a plastic bag (with an item inside) in a bedroom that was left from a previous guest. The cleaning crew also has an envelope out for tipping. Needless to say, a tip was not left. The beds are very comfortable! The comforters could be replaced as they are getting grungy & old. Kitchen & bathroom is very well stocked with all items you could need. Check out was super easy & very little asked of us to do. This house really can be THE PERFECT VRBO home with some updating, cleaning & repairs. You will get a nice wow factor when you walk in.
