"I really enjoyed my stay here. The view from the apartment was so beautiful, facing a mountain with a lot of trees and huge boulders, through which small yellow and white wild flowers were thriving, and a creek running down below producing waterfall-like sound. The apartment was spacious and comfortable with a full size kitchen. The only negative was that there was mold in the bathrooms and my husband said he could smell the mold when he was talking a shower. "

"Horrible! Not at all like the photos! Terrible smell walking in, broken furniture, dirty sheet on the sofa. Yuck. Had we not checked in after hours, I would have left! Not at all what inexpected whem booking based on photos and discription. Very misleading!!! Dont stay here!"

"Room was ok for our 2 nights, but would be small for longer stay of 4 persons. The biggest problem was access, we could not park near and even if we would have that opportunity, it would still mean to take all our baggage via 2 elevators plus stairs as it is built in steep hill. Receptionist was very friendly and went down to wait for us, otherwise we would not find it."

"I booked this apartment for 2 adults and 2 children, I understood that the appointment was a 2 bedroom apartment. What I did not understand was that the 2nd bedroom only had room for a single bed ( bunks would have been great) so 1 child had to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. "In despite of excellent communications and support from the staff, it is unfortunate that they have been let down by a property that is tired and in need of a facelift! The sofa beds were old and in some instances broken and in need of a replacement. There was nowhere really to dry ski gear and car parking is only suitable for small cars. Overall, I would say an average property with exceptional service!"

"There are no views from this property, just a concrete wall outside the wind663ow-. It is like having no windows at all. The check in is hard to find and is incorrectly located on Google maps. They know this but have not changed the location! There is only paid parking on the street. The entry is dirty and passes by smelly rubbish bins. Very disappointing overall as the property is quite rundown."

"The front desk was great. We checked in last minute and asked for toiletries. They brought them up. The room was so spacious. The bathroom was huge with amenities. Shower, tub, robe snd slippers. Snacks to purchase. Complimentary water. The bed was super comfortable. Lovely pillows. Very relaxing stay. We awoke to snow. Which wonderful to see. We went to breakfast. Which was adequate and enough to eat. Great selection. The general manager was very nice and came around to the tables. Even refilled our coffee if necessary. Parking extra and in the underground. We would come again. Checking in and out is easy. A beautiful place to stay. I highly recommend it. Staff is very nice and cordial "

"Absolutely amazing, very convenient to the shopping center and overall service is excellent and very attentive. Rooms are huge! Lobby is quiet and peaceful. They have shuttles to the Lyfts. Not next to the slopes and perfect for those who enjoy some of the city experience as well. "
