Warm and inviting brand new home in gated community on safe cul de sac. 3 bedrooms, plus den with 3 full bathrooms. 2 bedrooms with ensuites perfect for 2 couples to share.
Work from home with this bright office/den. Western orientation with majestic lake view. Plank tiling throughout, large eat in kitchen, 75 inch 4K tv. Resort pool, amazing gym. This community is the only community with indoor pickle ball. Indoor basketball and outdoor tennis and pickle ball. Home is fully equipped with all necessities. Close to Fort Myers airport, Golf Town Centre that has numerous restaurants, Regal Cinema, shopping. 10 minutes from Miromar outlets. 25 minutes from Bonita Spring Beach.
