Large Apartment, Private Garden with Beach access

Idyllically located guesthouse with private garden (no pets allowed), large communal pool area providing direct access to the beach This spacious ground floor apartment is ideally set up for couples, families or small groups. All three bedrooms are ensuite. This property is perfect for guests looking for tranquillity and their own private space. The beach is a mere 50 metres away and there is a variety of restaurants, bars and shops a short walk away. The foreign owners of property above do not rent the property out and they use very it infrequently throughout the year. So it is very unlikely that you will be overlooked. The ground floor has its own covered terrace and private garden. Guests are free to use all the garden furniture and BBQ. Should guests wish to sunbathe by the pool there are further loungers their which they can use. For guests looking to work while they are away, there are also two workspaces set up in the large living space. This apartment is managed exclusively by Anda Homes, one of the Costa Del Sol's leading property management companies. Should you require anything a dedicated property manager will be able to assist you. Out of office hours Check-in is charged the following: 9pm - Midnight 20 euros Midnight - 2am 40 euros After 2am 60 euros This amount is payable in cash at the property. For infants, it is also possible to rent cots (50 euros) / high chairs (20 euros). These amounts are also payable in cash on check-in. Please let us know in advance if you would like to rent these items. The property is a stone's throw away from Salduna Beach, one of the Costa Del Sols most exclusive beach restaurants. There are further restaurants, bars and shops a 5-10 minute walk away. This property is a two minute drive from La Cancelada exit on the A7. Nice property, Professionally managed, Good location and convenient access the beach. Minor issues to be dealt with sharpen kitchen cutlery was required and arrangement for beed sheets in longer stays should be provided.Highly recommended nonetheless.

Salduna Beach Stay
Marvellous property and location. Stayed 5 weeks and would do so again. Nice garden area leading to pool. The Chiringuita around the corner on the beach is excellent, as are the other local amenities all close by. Robin Hood good family pub too.

Many thanks to Rob for all his assistance. Always responded promptly to emails etc, and always keen to help. House was excellent, a few more pots and pans in the kitchen for a long stay like this would be useful. Great location with plenty of nearby restaurants, even in Feb! Really good property Chris
