Fantastic apartment but!!!
Our stay was lovely as we were on holiday with our daughter and 2 grandchildren. The apartment was fantastic and had everything we needed. The pool was lovely but downside were the many rules that came into force while we were there. Be aware although there are 5 pools on the complex you are only allowed to use the one near your apartment - I was taken by the lifeguard to our apartment to open the door to prove we were ok to be there as our name was not on his list (it was the owner of the property's name). Also, no inflatables, balls or any other sort of fun pool toy are allowed - no fun for children even though all the children round the pool were well behaved. Also, I would have liked to have been met and shown around instead of having to phone to find out how to access our apartment.

Just perfect
Got to be careful of this review as don't want to be too positive as I don't want people to book before me next year. Firstly what a great host. Samia was charming, friendly and did not get tired of my endless questions. I know the development well and this apartment is situated around the best pool. As others have alluded to the balcony was superb, so spacious and comfortable. The flat inside again is just what you need for a family holiday - 3 big bedrooms and bathrooms with great wifi!!. I loved it.

Lovely relaxing holiday in a beautiful apartment
Just returned from a holiday here. Beautiful spacious apartment that is well equipped with everything that you may need. The balcony is amazing and we spent many evening sitting out there on the comfy couch. We had 3 teenagers with us who enjoyed the pool. I would definitely return here. The pictures on the site are exactly as it is. I wish I was back there now!! Thank you for having us.

Good location property well look after abel to manage without a car.
During our three week stay we found this condo to be very comfortable , well equipped but felt that the stove needed to be updated (only some element worked ) and the fridge froze food if stored in the back. The management was right there when we had any needs or questions. we had our grandson with us and he loved the pool and beach (3 years old))this location is very safe. We were a total of 5 and had lots of space loved the porch.

Apartment with a great balcony
We enjoyed a lovely 5 day break in this apartment although the apartment itself is in need of some maintainence the balcony is a great place to relax and is well positioned overlooking, we think, the best pool. The owner was great at responding to any questions and very helpful. I think a car is necessary if you are wanting to go to the beach or restaurant although we stayed there early March and maybe in the summer season there might be more open nearby that we didn't notice!

Fabulous apartment
Just arrived back home after 2 weeks at the apartment. Everything was perfect. The balcony was to die for and we spent many hours eating and drinking there as it has tons of room. The furnishings were lovely and plenty of equipment in the kitchen. The pool was very big and well kept as were all of the gardens. I would really recommend this apartment to anyone who wants a relaxing holiday. Thanks Samia and Kati we will certainly be back

de woning is erg netjes en schoon. Alles prima aanwezig. Heerlijke Vakantie!! Wel stonden er veel breekbare dingen, deze heb ik gelijk hoog in de kast gezet zodat mijn kleine kinderen ze niet om konden stoten. Komen zeker terug

Very nice appartment
Very nice appartment and resort. Lots of restaurants around. A bit far from Estepona centre though. However everything was very nice and I can only recommend this appartment. I stayed with 2 kids at the age of 6 and 3 adults and there was more than enough space in the appartment.

Excellent apartment for holidays with kids
Lots of space in the apartment and in the terrace. We were a family of five and had lots of space. The kids loved the pool and there is several very nice beaches close by in Marabella or Estapona (15-20 min drive) - recommend to rent a car. The appartment is well equipped but the stove and some of the furnitures needs to be updated (minor detail). Management responded quickly to all questions during our stay.

fijn vakantie-appartement in goede omgeving
We hebben met veel plezier een ruime week hier doorgebracht. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Complete keukenuitrusting, oven, kookplaat, koel/vrieskast, vaatwasser, broodrooster, magnetron, Nespresso-apparaat (als verrassing door de eigenaar neergezet na vraag van ons). Wasmachine en wasdroger, alles in prima conditie. Fijn terras aan 2 hoekzijden van het appartement met ruime eettafel en lounge-hoek. Zicht op de tuin met het verwarmde zwembad. Jammer dat we hiervan geen gebruik konden maken omdat het net werd gerepareerd. Het was op onze dag van vertrek weer aan het vullen met water. De buurt is rustig, vlak bij strand en restaurantjes, ook supermarkt op loopafstand. Het appartement ligt op de 1e etage, dus wel 2 trappen op voordat je bij de voordeur bent (niet geschikt als je zeer moeilijk ter been bent). Contactpersoon Kati was goed bereikbaar (telefoon en WhatsApp) en zorgde dat alles in orde was. Bedlinnen, handdoeken en badlakens voldoende aanwezig, zelf tussendoor wassen en drogen (wasmiddel en vaatwasmiddel zelf te verzorgen). Goede bedden, fijne slaapkamers, met ieder een eigen badkamer met toilet/bad/douche. Alles netjes en verzorgd. Kortom; prima.
