"The email confirmation stated we could arrive up until 20:00pm and the office would be staffed so that we could collect our keys. "Do not book this place - Specialy if a family with kids. Apartment was dirty. Blankets not washed. Mattresses with dirty spots. Old building with no insulation which allows you to hear everything the neighbours are doing. The furnitures is old and some of it broken. TV is missing the power cable. No wifi unless you pay. If you pay there is no esy to pay unless you alrrady have a paid phone or internet. No front desk. Before you leva you must clean the whole apartment and fold and pit away the...

"This was our first visit to Andorra and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is very spacious with 4 bedrooms, a large living room, and kitchen. It's also in a great location--only a hundred feet or so from the main shopping avenue. The host also was a great communicator and was quick to answer any questions we had and provided a lot of good recommendations."

"Great hotel/resort. Pet friendly (we stay with our dog) and staff was really helpful too. Breakfast was good too.. Rooms does not have A/C. On the other hand, you have the Church Clock that bangs every hour 24/7 so you can hear in the night as well. I think the owner of the hotel should talk with the Church to avoid the sounds at least at night. Normal price for what you get."
