"Overall the Caza was a nice place and well kept. The staff was friendly and willing to accommodate when asked. The only issue I had was they charged my for two breakfasts when my girlfriend only had coffee. When I confronted them about it they argued and would not change the bill. It was the only issue I had and felt it was cheap enough it didn’t matter that much. I would stay there again even with that experience. Nice place to stay."

"Toilet is so primitive! No flush toilet, the sink is clogged,Shower and toilet are shared in one bathroom, entire bathroom floor gets wet all over. No amenities whatsoever. The only reason we chose this place is because it’s close to Bancal Port to get to Isla de Gigantes (which was our planned destination). This would have been a perfect place for tourists visiting the famous islands but there’s still a lot of room for improvement in the rooms. I wish the property o owners would at least try to make this place a little better- particularly the bathrooms - renovate and install better flush toilets and separate showers."

"The place is exclusive and has its own port. The hotel has a ready van to transport you from the port to the hotel. The food is excellent. The entire staff are respectful and friendly. "
