"The place is nice and comfortable. You are in the basement of the owner’s home, and you will hear them walking around and talking above you. Also, the temperature is controlled by the main house, they did provide space heaters, and the temperature was comfortable. But, it was a little strange that you can’t really control the temperature yourself, and I don’t know how the summer would be. "
