"Lots of walking and bicycling trails in this valley with prehistoric remains, medieval castles and caves. The hotel is steps from a wooden bridge crossing the Donau-Main canal. Peaceful and quiet. We listened to a lovely burbling brook from our balcony at night. Comfortable beds, our family room had a separate room with bunk beds for the kids. Great dinner and lovely German style restaurant. Door to the bedroom was broken no curtains in the bedroom Finding bed accessories also required communication and searching through different storage boxes. Overall good fornthe size we needed. "We had a wonderful retreat into the heart of Germany at Imhaus Gaden. . The cottage is even better than the pictures, the decor is lovely. The town is very small but worth the drive, and a small town or two with stores are close by. Its a perfect place for a family retreat since it sleeps many. Thank you for the opportunity to stay at the Imhaus."
