"The stay was great! Very friendly hosts that went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The only thing I'd say is to be sure you plan ahead if you will rely on public transportation, as bus schedules can be limited on weekends/evenings. Additionally, securing a rideshare can be difficult as well due to the remote location. However, if you speak German, it's rather easy to call the RMV to reserve busses after hours, but you must do so 60 minutes in advance :) Overall a great experience and...

"The stay at this hut was amazing. Very clean, modern, spacious, quiet at night and with comfortable beds. Small kitchen with induction hob, fridge and microwave. There's a restaurant+bar next door where you can enjoy food+drinks, it's especially nice in the evening by the little stream. "The building is outdated in a secluded residential area - probably 1950s. The main entrance, which is in the restaurant section reeked of the scent of diesel fumes. I didn't know there was not an elevator or I would not have booked the room - I'm 75- too many stairs and boards on the bottom of the bathr door of 4 inches high - in the darkness, I tripped! The facility is supposedly 100% no-smoking, but smokers did so anyway and it was impossible to keep the smoke out of my tiny, insufficient...

"Loved the cherry forest, the local restaurant, the open family space, the hot tub, just everything was wonderful. The only difficulty was the steep slope of the upstairs bedrooms which made for quite a few head bumps. Also the slippery stairs (watch out!). It was a perfect location for visiting our family and sightseeing."
