"At my arrival I did smell some fresh paint, when I told the front desk about it in friendly way, I was told there is no smell, and you’re not supposed to smell it in a sarcastic way. What a great start at the front desk. Then the guy behind the desk gave the room keys to the bellman I followed him, the room was not ready. I went for a walk for few minutes without even a word. The checkout was great, very professional and with a smile. "

"The location of the Hotel Miramar is fantastic. It is right across from the beach and a short walk to the Medina. The staff were friendly and helpful. The terrace was a wonderful place to have coffee, tea, and dessert. Unfortunately, the hotel itself is a little rundown and in need of refreshing. And, there is no air conditioning, and the rooms don’t have any air circulation so they are very warm. They provided us with a fan which helped a little but it was still uncomfortable. "

"Excellent, friendly staff that made staying there a pleasure. The have 2 restaurants with delicious food and a clean pool. It's a little walk up to the medina (say 15 to 20 mins) but that it straight up the beach and so was beautiful in itself. It's right beside the beach so if it's not too windy then that's great to hang out on too. "
