The house is designed with an open floor plan. The bright and spacious living room features a comfy sofa and a dining table for four where you can eat with loved ones. Oversized windows brighten up the space, making it even more inviting.

This kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to cook delicious meals, including an electric plate, an oven, and a coffee machine.

The four ensuite bedrooms are delightfully furnished with a heavenly queen bed complete with complimentary hotel-quality linens and a flat-screen TV, so you can sleep or watch your favourite shows comfortably.

The bathrooms have all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.

The house is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

The town of Esposende is firmly off the international tourist trail, and you will find barely a mention of it in any guidebook. Despite this, Esposende is well worth a visit if you are passing, which you may well be if you are visiting the medieval town of Barcelos or heading to the coast from Braga.

Situated alongside the final stretch of the Cávado River before it empties into the Atlantic Ocean, Esposende's heritage is one of fishing. Still, the history of the area goes back far beyond this. Within a few kilometers of the town are a number of well-preserved and fascinating archaeological sites, many of which date back to the Bronze Age. Many of these are centered around the nearby parish of Vila Chã, and the most impressive is probably the fortified village of Castro de São Lourenço.

The apartment is easily accessible by car.

The nearest train station is Alvaraes (lines R, IR) - 25 minutes drive from the house.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is 31 minute's drive away.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
