"With grandparents, parents and children, including one with severe autism, this was an ideal place for our holiday. The property was stunning, the setting beautiful and the pool inviting. "No communications. Hidden costs, held to ransom after arrival to get keys. Dirty And worst of all no bed sheets , pillow cases or duvet covers. When asked where they were was told not listed in ad and hung up on. Agreed the listing didn’t say bedding included but didn’t say it wasn’t and for the expensive cost I would have expected it. This is basically a PGL style bunk house. Avoid at all costs."

"A great week spent at Claires quiet and tranquil village house. Ideally located for a visit to the WW2 historical sites. Deceptively spacious, clean and with secure off road parking. Local supermarket only 2km away at Cruelly. Proved to be ideal for us touring the area on motorcycles. A little investment in some comfortable furniture would make it the perfect holiday spot. "We stayed as a family of 4, with two teenagers. Plenty of space for all of us. Children had their own room each and upstairs bathroom. Excellent location for Caen and Bayeux. Clean house with plenty of utensils. Although due to the weather we didn’t sit outside, the garden is very well kept and large. It would be ideal to use in warmer weather. "Catherine and Jean-Luc were lovely hosts, they welcomed us warmly on our arrival. The accommodation in the basement of their home was very clean , the bed was very comfortable and had all that we needed. Although there is no kitchen, the microwave and fridge were available to us in the adjacent garage.
