"Une terrasse inexploitable, sans chaise ni table. Un espace de vie commun donc petit déjeuner avec les voisins. Petit déjeuner loin d’être satisfaisant (pas de choix, pas de pain frais, pas de viennoiseries). Un lit peu confortable. Une climatisation qui souffle sur le lit. Une description sur le site qui prête à confusion car le bain à remous et non compris dans le prix Rapport qualité/prix excessivement cher pour la région. Nous avons été très déçu et regrettons notre choix"

"We stayed just one night on a fleeting motorbike tour. Plenty of secure parking for the bike and no problem with the surface. Florence is welcoming and helpful, a very interesting and talented lady. She holds one of those, nowadays, rare qualities of creative vision. I have stayed in far too many soul less, clinical lodgings that I care to mention. This being the perfect antidote. "Très ,très calme ,et bien situé en pleine campagne ,le seul problème la signalisation ,qui n'est pas de leur fait ,mais plutôt de la part des responsables départementaux qui n'autirisent pas la panneautage ,mais avec un bon GPS on y arrive .Je conseille cet établissement et je pense que j'y reviendrai avec plaisir ! Les responsables sont très accueilllant "

"Believe the website said bar and restaurant but the place had neither. Very nice property but well above and away from the town area and so walking to find dinner was very inconvenient. Nice place but would not stay again due to being sort of stranded without food for dinner."

"The property is a traditional French farmhouse with all the good but also less good things that entails. It was very clean and everything worked well but was a little hard to find. The owners/managers were really helpful and very willing to wait up for me when I was very late for check in. Breakfasts were traditional French, coffee, orange juice, baguettes with butter and jam and croissants. The home made apricot jam was very good!"

"The bedroom and bathroom were very small and basic but it was very clean and everything worked. The receptionist in particular made us very welcome and was extremely helpful. Dinner was good and was very reasonably priced. The room was overpriced."

"We have stayed at this hotel on several occasions, it is very basic but suits our needs as an overnight stop with a dog. Last night we arrived and found the toilet seat cracked through and the sink cracked, the shower sealant was mouldy. I informed the reception about the toilet seat and was told there was no other rooms available and she thanked me for telling her. This morning at breakfast I gave my dog a piece of my paid for baguette and a piece of cheese, the gentleman on reception came into the breakfast room and informed me the food was for humans and not dogs! There was a French man with his dog in the breakfast room, he gave his dog food with no problem. We will not be staying here again and I would not recommend this hotel based onmy latest experience, I felt extremely threatened by the attitude of the male receptionist and his manner towards me. "

Lovely rural retreat

"What a lovely house and fantastic grounds and pool for a great family holiday. We wanted a rural french experience and that's exactly what we got. Communication with the owner was excellent from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble. Would recommend!"

"Charming hotel but definitely not for the English speaking traveler. Hotel staff (the night we checked in) was unable/unwilling to assist us in securing a taxi, so we ended up leaving after just one (out of our non-refundable two!) night. Overall, disappointed with our experience. "

"The meals were expensive and were the same every night. Would struggle if staying more than 3 nights due to limited choice. Outdoor pool was not heated so extremely cold for swimming Indoor pool was fabulous with adjoining sauna and steam rooms but would work out very expensive at 22 euros for 2 hours. Not something to afford every day of the stay!"
