Je n ai pas profité de la location. En contactant l hote au numero indiqué avant mon arrivée, il m a indique que l appartement n etait pas disponible (vendu). Suite à contact auprès de vos services, un dossier de remboursement est en cours. Mais je souhaiterais etre contactée personnellement en vue d'un dédommagement supplémentaire car mon relogement compte tenu de l urgence et surtout de la periode ( que trouver du jour aun lendemain à ces dates : rien sauf des logements très chers) a été bien plus onereux. Semble t il Abritel ne contacte par l'hote pour verification avant la confirmation de location et ici cela m a été fort dommageable. J attends donc votre appel.
