The space
*PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A LARGE BUILDING THAT HAS THREE PRIVATE APARTMENTS WITH PRIVATE ENTRANCES FOR EACH UNIT. You have access to the fully stocked kitchen on the first floor which is shared with the private apartment on the first floor and one on the second.
**Your space: Custom wood high counter top built for light meal preparation or doubled as a standing desk. Your guest suite includes complimentary snacks, beverages, coffee, tea, purified drinking water and raw sugar. You may also drink from the tap as it comes from about a 300 ft deep well water. The unit is equipped with a medium sized refrigerator, toaster oven, coffee maker, electric tea kettle, electric camp pot & basic dish wear. You have the convenience of your own laundry room right outside of your suite! (Eco-friendly detergent is provided).

The shared kitchen has everything you need to prepare your own meals including olive oil + a wide variety of spices, pasta bar and additional breakfast goodies. Please leave the kitchen the way you found it and wash your dishes.

The fully stocked kitchen and dining are accessible through the glass door on the first floor. Laundry on both floors free to use. Some areas on the property are still in restoration but stroll around, observe a fantastic sunset over the Santa Cruz & Jimez mountain ranges & melt into the pink skies at dawn.
