Villa Calmont : Oasis of Serenity in Aveyron with Private Pool and Jacuzzi

The hamlet of Labro, where we settled there several years, is typical of villages in the region. Situated not far from Espalion, he took advantage of a real peace and a privileged location overlooking the Lot valley. For a long time we wanted to show and share with others. It's done this year. On neighboring land of our house, facing south, we decided to build three villas, very contemporary and blend in perfectly with their environment.
Each of them has found its place on the side of a gently sloping hill, to enjoy a unique and unobstructed view. The villa Calmont is the one located on higher ground. It faces the castle of Calmont d'Olt on the opposite slope.
We imagined this villa of 125 m2 for everyone to experience the holiday in their own way and comfortable way. It has a heated pool (June-September) of 3,50mx8m private, secure, private upscale spa, two terraces (50 and 150 m2) equipped with large tables, barbecue and bathroom Sun. A play area is available for our guests who want to share a drink together or a game of ping pong. For those staying with friends, four bedrooms and three bathrooms organized into two family suites help maintain some independence.
And because we want these holidays can be Labro special moments for everyone, we take care of the household (performed regularly every 2 days) and provide all linens. Each villa is also equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer iron and ironing board, oven, microwave, food processor, espresso machine, induction hob, hair dryer in each of the bathrooms ... Cot and high chair are available on request for baby.
We leave you with enough to discover our beautiful region -the Aubrac plateau, its burons and cutlery, Rodez, Soulages museum and its cathedral, the villages of the Valley of the Lot and the vineyards - and a few samples of his gastronomy. But our door remains open and of course we will be happy to exchange and share our favorite addresses.

Que du bonheur dans cet environnement où tout est conçu pour bien y vivre ! sécurité, beauté, modernité, confort, aménagements intérieurs et extérieurs très bien pensés et haut de gamme. Les propriétaires prennent à cœur leur rôle d'accueillant et sont disponibles pour leurs hôtes tout en restant discret. Un week-end qui donne envie d'y revenir très très vite et pour plus longtemps :) Merci de nous avoir fait rêver !

Tout était parfait !
Nous sommes partis avec un couple d'amis, et ayant chacun des enfants en bas âge, la configuration de la villa était parfaite car chacun avait son espace de chaque côté de la maison. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine en toute sécurité (bâche à barres, filet pour séparer la piscine de la terrasse), et du jacuzzi qui est vraiment un bonus très appréciable. La vue est superbe, les propriétaires très accueillants, bref, tout était au rendez-vous pour passer une semaine de vacances parfaite !

LUXE, SERENITE & VOLUPTE
Villas de LABRO: un retour grandiose ... nous sommes revenus à la Villa CALMONT pour un deuxième été sublimissime ... L'accueil, réservé par les propriétaires, Michèle & Emmanuel SAQUET, est toujours aussi chaleureux. Les prestations, offertes par la villa, déjà de grande qualité et de haut standing, sont à présent majorées par une nouveauté: un SPA haut de gamme!! Les bienfaits du SPA (eau à 38°) sont venus décupler le bien-être procuré par la piscine chauffée (eau à 28°). Le tout sur un point de vue exceptionnel, le château de Calmont d'Olt (accessoirement illuminé le soir, qui plus est par un ciel étoilé, c'est simplement magique). A tous les amateurs de Luxe, Sérénité & Voupté, les Villas de Labro sont une adresse incontournable. Une idée du bonheur ... rendez vous vite aux Villas de Labro à Espalion.

Une magnifique Villa donnant sur la vallée tout aussi magnifique. Un lieu de vacances idéal pour les petits comme les grands. Ce fût notre point de départ pour visiter cette jolie région. Nous reviendrons pour poursuivre la découverte de la région et profiter de nouveau de cette belle villa au milieu de ce beau paysage. Un Paradis
Thrilled to have found this little spot of paradise in the Aveyron. Everything was just perfect and of the highest quality at this wonderful villa – a beautifully appointed house, with a spectacular view, complete with castle on the hill. A truly magical place – so much care and thought has gone into the design. The hot tub was an added bonus together with the 2 shaded terraces (one on the cooler side of the house when the south side becomes too hot ) for alfresco dining. A great location - the local village of Espalion only a short drive away with plenty of shops, markets and local restaurants. More pretty villages to visit within a 10 -40 minute car journey. It was a pleasure and a delight to meet Michèle and Emmanuel – they are absolutely charming and they couldn’t have done enough for us. Emmanuel even took the time to find a rare book that I wanted to purchase and was successful – I was delighted! We are looking forward to returning to Villa Calmont next year. A big thank you for making our holiday so special .

Un point de vue exceptionnel
Merci pour ce petit coin de paradis dans une région exceptionnelle. Le point de vue est magnifique et domine la vallée: rien ne manque. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir du soleil et profitez de la piscine. Nous reviendrons!!!
