The room we were to have was not available so they gave us an upgrade free of charge on the first floor. Staff was not trained so we got charged the difference for the upgraded room. "The hotel looked a little worn and needed some cosmetic attention. The paint on the ceiling of our bathroom was bubbled and peeling off but the beds and room were comfortable. Everything else was fine. The waffle maker had lemon waffle batter which was a pleasant surprise. "
