Property needs some maintenance work for upkeep, especially in the room I stayed in. The staff were fine. The hotel is in a great part of London. Daily room service was great came back to tidy room with fresh towels every night of my stay.

Great location-just a couple minutes to Buckingham palace and Westminster Abbey. The room was beautiful, and well laid out. Great bathroom and amenities. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room service food was excellent, especially the penne carbonara.
