Einfach top!
Gross und geräumig für 2 Familien ! Zimmer sind groß und sauber! Man hat es nicht weit in die Stadt und 5 min fussläufig gibt es sogar ein netto! Das Haus liegt ruhig aber zentral!

Alles in allem ok
Die Lage ist super , der Check in unkompliziert, alles vorhanden wie beschrieben. Die Bäder sind groß und sauber und in der Küche ist alles da, was man so brauch Tatsächlich ist aber alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen und wenn man genau in die Ecken hinsieht, auch nicht ganz so sauber. Für die hohe Reinigungspauschale dürften keine Spinnewippen in den Ecken und besonders an den Fenstern sein. Im Wohnzimmer ist an der Balkontür eine große Ritze, so dass es gut zieht. Alles in allem holen Garten und die Lage des Hauses

Schönes Haus, aber ungenutztes Potenzial
Das Haus samt Grundstück bietet viel Potential, das leider etwas brach liegt. Die Größe mit den Räumen ist perfekt. Gerade für uns als Freundeskreis. Aber das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen und an der einen oder anderen Stelle fehlt leider die Pflege. Daher ein paar Punkte / Anregungen zur Verbesserung: Die Terrasse zum Garten ist morsch und teilweise eingebrochen/beschädigt. Die Ausstattung der Küche lässt zu wünschen übrig, insbesondere im Hinblick auf bis zu 10 Personen. Ein vernünftiger Satz normaler Gläser, mehrere und größere Schüsseln, ebenso einige scharfe Messer fehlten. Der Backofen hatte keine Umluft und auch die Temperatureinstellung schien nicht mehr richtig zu funktionieren. Auch der große Kühlschrank, der zunächst optisch überzeugte, enttäuschte etwas, da die Funktion für Eiswürfel nicht angeschlossen war. Der Saunaofen benötigte sehr lange, manchmal 3-4 Stunden, bis er bei ~62 Grad nicht mehr heißer wurde. Das war etwas enttäuschend, da die Sauna an sich sehr schön war. Wir hätten uns auch einen Wasserschieber (Bodenabzieher) bei der Dusche im Erdgeschoss bzw. im Keller gewünscht. Trotzdem haben wir uns wohl gefühlt und sind auch mit den Punkten offen für einen weiteren Urlaub. Auch in der Hoffnung, dass das eine oder andere in Zukunft verbessert wird.

Schönes Haus mit tollem Garten
Das Haus ist groß und sehr geräumig. Mit 8 Personen war es optimal vom Platzangebot. Aber: Wenn man überlegt, dass für zehn Personen Platz ist, wäre ein zweites Besteckset toll. Nur ein Wäscheständer ist leider auch zu wenig - wir waren mit vier Kindern dort. Der Kühlschrank war mächtig groß, allerdings war die Eiswürfel-Funktion mit ducktape zugeklebt, so dass es gar keine Eiswürfel gab. Das war wirklich schade. Alles in allem könnte die Küche mal wieder ein Update gebrauchen - vielleicht kann man bei der Gelegenheit auch mal einen Handfeger mit Kehrblech dazu packen. Die Sauna ist optisch wirklich hübsch, kam aber auch nach zwei Stunden nicht über 50 Grad hinaus. Ob es an dem fast 1cm breiten Schlitz neben der Saunatür liegt? Wir hätten uns auch einen Ordner mit Infos zur Umgebung gewünscht. Wo finde ich was, wann ist Wochenmarkt, welche Ärzte gibt es in der Umgebung, Fährverbindungen etc. diesen Service hatten wir bisher in jeder Ferienwohnung, hier suchten wir vergeblich danach. Alles in allem ist es ein tolles Haus - leider aber in der Innenausstattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Gleiche ist auf der Holzterrasse der Fall. Die Schlafzimmer lassen sich so gut wie nicht abdunkeln - keine Rollos vorhanden. Schlafmasken nicht vergessen ;-)

Großzügiges Ferienhaus, wo es an nichts fehlt.
Das Haus bietet Platz, Komfort und ist im Detail liebevoll dekoriert. Es macht Laune, hier den Urlaub zu verbringen. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt wäre, dass Haus und Garten ein wenig Pflege benötigen würden.

Schönes Haus, leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen
Wir haben 6 Nächte mit der Familie dort verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr groß und gut gelegen (Discounter und Bäcker 5 Min Fußweg, ruhige Wohngegend). Der Garten ist sehr schön angelegt, verfügt über einen Grill und in der Küche ist alles notwendige vorhanden. Wir haben eine Vorreinigung gebucht, für den Preis hätte bspw. der Aschenbecher der Vormieter geleert, Spinnenweben entfernt und unter der Couch gesaugt werden können, Bäder waren ok, leider aber insgesamt nicht zufriedenstellend. Das Bad und Schlafzimmer unten, sowie der Sauna Bereich sind sehr modern. Im Keller gibt es Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten, es gibt einen Smart TV und Kinderspielzeug. Die obere Etage ist leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte mindestens einen neuen Anstrich gebrauchen. Leider sind die Betten für uns etwas ungünstig aufgeteilt gewesen (2 Zimmer a 140cm Betten, 1 Zimmer mit 2x90cm Betten mit breitem Bettrahmen und je oben + unten ein "Ehebett", für 3 Paare unpraktisch). Mit kleinen Kindern war der Aufenthalt leider recht gefährlich, da bspw. im OG das Treppengitter auseinander gefallen ist, ein bodentiefes Fenster defekt war (ließ sich ganz öffnen, nur ein handschriftlicher Zettel verwies darauf) und die Dielen und Stufen auf der Terrase (über dem Teich!) waren teils so morsch, daß sie bereits brachen. Im gesamten ist das Haus sehr schön, gerade auch für große Familien - aber leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Ankommen und wohl fühlen
Als wir die Türe aufschlossen begann unser Urlaub! Genau wie auf den Bildern abgebildet, gepflegt und großflächig. Es fehlten zwar Salatbesteck und Schneebesen, was man aber leicht improvisieren konnte. Dafür gab es Toaster, Mixer, Zauberstab und weitere angenehme Küchenutensilien. Man freute sich nach den Aktionen draußen sehr aufs „heim- kommen“ und konnte sich im unheimlich gemütlichen und großzügig angelegten „Wellness- Keller“ erholen... Auch Schlüssel Übergabe und alles organisatorische im Vorfeld klappte reibungslos. Wir waren traurig bei der Abfahrt.... Wenn wir (immerhin 7,5 Stunden Anfahrt) nochmal an der Nordsee Urlaub machen, dann sicher wieder in diesem Haus! 👍
