It is reached by the Napoleon road, our house is 5 minutes walk from the Village, there is a supermarket (fresh bread). a tobacconist, a restaurant, and a hairdresser.

Beautiful, Wonderful, Perfect!
This villa was a dream. The photos do not do justice to the beautiful artwork of this home. This villa has everything you need. Plenty of space, a pool, appliances and lots of outdoor areas to enjoy. The owners, Jean-Luc and Diane are wo of the most wonderful people you can meet. The location is ideal to explore from. If you are lucky enough to find this villa available I would recommend to book immediately. We would love to return.

Amazing house &location
A beautiful mountain house,so very comfy, spotlessly clean,and very welcoming.Great location with beautiful hiking areas nearby.Such a pleasure to open the curtains in the morning to see the amazing view of French Alps.Jan Luc&Diane are the perfect hosts,very communicative,respectful,kind and helpful.IWe never had a better experience as guests I will definitely go back again

Lots of space in a lovely setting
Lovely setting with lots of space and equipment. Great large fridge and a separate freezer but all the cupboards were full of glasses and china so nowhere to store groceries. We enjoyed playing table tennis and had a swim. The owners were friendly and helpful.

Tranquil Paradise
Our hosts, Diane and Jean Luc, ensured that our holiday was perfect. They live nearby and were always willing and available to help us. Every area of the house is designed to ensure comfort throughout the day. We had breakfast with a view of the mountains, passed the morning and afternoon by the pool and on the sun terrace, we dined in the shade at the side of the house under a lovely canopy. We particularly loved Diane's artwork on display in the house. The children enjoyed the pool and the tabletennis table. We spotted allsorts of local wildlife in the surrounding forests. There is a delightful little bakery and grocery in the village, stocked with local produce.

Toller Urlaub im Berghaus mit Pool
Haben unseren Urlaub im dem hübschen Berghaus sehr genossen. Vor allem der große Pool war bei den Temperaturen (über 30 Grad) sehr angenehm. Das Haus bietet viel Platz und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, ein wenig zu weit von der Küste entfernt. Haben aber die Ruhe und den Ausblick auf die Berge sehr genossen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit ansprechbar. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub!

Erholsamer Aufenthalt in traumhafter Umgebung
Das Ferienhaus ist auf den Bildern sehr gut wiedergegeben. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist großzügig ausgestattet und man hat mit 4 Personen viel Platz. Das Schlafzimmer oben in der Galerie ist zum Wohnraum hin offen, d.h. es lässt sich nicht komplett abdunkeln und man hört ggf. die Geräusche aus dem Wohnraum / der Küche. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, zudem gibt es einen großen Kühlschrank und einen separaten Gefrierschrank. Aufgrund der Entfernung zum Supermarkt konnte man ohne Probleme einen kompletten Wocheneinkauf verstauen. Kleinigkeiten kann man vor Ort kaufen, auch gibt es in Escragnolles eine Bäckerei. Beides ist fußläufig in 10 min zu erreichen. Wenn man sich für dieses Haus entscheidet, sollte man sich die Umgebung genau anschauen. Es liegt sehr ruhig, aufgrund der kurvigen Bergstraßen braucht man selbst für kurze Wege von 20-30 km schnell mal 45 Minuten oder mehr. Auch der Ort selbst liegt an einem Hang und teilweise sind die Straßen sehr steil (Weg zur Bäckerei, Auffahrt zum Haus). Freizeitmöglichkeiten: Rennradfahren und Wandern, Ausflug zur Verdon-Schlucht (ca. 2 Stunden mit dem Auto, absolut empfehlenswert), Ausflug an die Côte d'Azur. Von Grasse aus kann man auch sehr gut den Zug nehmen, um z.B. Nizza zu erkunden (Zugticket für 4 Personen hin und zurück ca. 60 EUR, Zugfahrt ca. 1 Stunde) Wer die Natur liebt und einen ruhigen Urlaub verbringen möchte, der ist hier genau richtig.

Grossartiger Urlaub
Bei unserer Ankunft würden wir sehr freundlich durch die Gastgeber begrüßt. Während unseres Aufenthaltes waren sie jederzeit für uns erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Objekts ist toll. In der Nähe gibt es viele Freizeitangebote wie Klettern, Canyoning, Wasserfälle, Höhlen, Flüsse zum Baden und Wanderwege. In fahrbarer Nähe sind Cannes, Nizza, Saint Tropez und Monaco. Die Fahrtzeit ist etwas länger, da ein Teil der Strecke vom Berg hinunter auf Serpentinen verläuft. Landschaftlich sehr schön! Das Haus ist sehr schön, der Platz ist großzügig. Vor allem der große Wohnbereich ist super! Frühstücken kann man freiem Blick auf die Berge, auf den schönen, gut gepflegten Pool oder in den Garten. Alles ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Uns hat im Urlaub mit 4 Kindern sehr gut gefallen, dass man sich nicht eingeengt fühlt und es viele verschiedene Ecken gibt, in denen man relaxen kann. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Aus einer Vorauswahl von 5 Ferienhäusern war dieses Haus schnell und ohne Überlegung gebucht. Es hat alles, was wir für den Urlaub brauchten und noch mehr. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, trotz der hohen Temperaturen(über 30°C). Es gibt eine Terrasse, die immer im Schatten ist. Der Pool sorgt für Abkühlung und zusätzliche Entspannung. Die sehr sympathischen Vermieter sind äußerst diskret, aber dennoch jederzeit ansprechbar und geben Tips für Ausflüge in die Umgebung oder einen Restaurantbesuch. Unsere 2 Wochen Aufenthalt dort sind wie im Fluge vergangen. Dieses Haus werden wir auf jeden Fall auf dem Plan haben, wenn wieder eine Auszeit ansteht. Vielen Dank an Diane et Jean-Luc für den herzlichen Empfang und den überaus angenehmen Aufenthalt in ihrem Haus.

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances chez Jean-Luc et Diane en n'oubliant pas leurs 2 adorables petits chiens. Ce sont des hôtes très sympathiques, disponibles et très discrets. Leurs maison indépendante se trouve en contrebas de la location sur la propriété. La location est spacieuse, propre, bien équipée, au calme avec une vue magnifique. Délicate attention des boissons fraîches nous attendaient à l'arrivée au réfrigérateur dont une bouteille de rosé ! La piscine chauffée est absolument un plus, la température étant nettement plus fraiche en septembre, la maison se situant à près de 1000m d'altitude. Juste à noter que pour monter jusqu'à la maison la pente est raide . A bientôt.

Propriétaire très agréable et à l'écoute de leurs locataires. La maison est idéalement situé entre mer et montagne piscine chauffée terasse extérieure ombragé se qui est parfait vue les chaleurs. Des moustiquaires sont apposé partout se qui évite la visite des moustiques. Vraiment si vous cherchez un endroit parfait dans une belle région n'hésitez pas la villa de Jean luc et Diane et celle qu'il vous faut. Karim laetitia et les enfants.

Sympathiques propriétaires. Les lits sont faits à l'arrivée. Les propriétaires sont toujours disponibles, fournissent les informations nécessaires en cas de problème (ex. pas d'électricité pour cause de travaux). Pot d'accueil. Petit village avec restaurant, boulangerie et proxi à proximité. Visiter les villes est à une heure et demie de route entre les montagnes.

Nous avons passez d'excellentes vacances chez Jean-Luc et Diane ! Ce sont des hôtes très accueillants avec qui il est facile de communiquer. La maison est spacieuse, propre et décorée avec goût. De jolies balades/visites et restaurants sont à faire à proximité (de 10 à 30 min de voiture) mais nous avons également pu visiter plus largement la région (bord de mer, Gorges du Verdon, etc...). La piscine chauffée et la vue depuis la maison sont justes incroyables :) Nous recommendons et reviendrons avec plaisir :)

Location bien située pour visiter la région des gorges du verdon à Cannes. Nombreuses balades à proximité. Commerces de proximité sur place, ainsi qu’un agréable bar/restaurant. La maison est grande et confortable, bien équipée. Rien ne manque. La piscine chauffée est idéale. La maison est située sur le même terrain que le logement des propriétaires mais cela sans problème. Nous avons pleinement apprécié notre séjour

Heerlijk bijkomen in prachtig huis en omgeving
Diane en Jean Luc ontvingen ons erg gastvrij en vriendelijk . Het huis is zoals op de foto’s te zien is. Ruime slaapkamers met eigen douche en toilet, heerlijk zwembad en rustig terras aan de achterkant van het huis. Kortom, heerlijk verblijf
