Guest Access:
Private gated entrance. You will receive an access code prior to check in that operates the gate during your stay.

The Neighborhood:
Just a short walk from the house is the beautiful Lake Hodges (for boating, kayaking, stand up paddle boarding and fishing - equipment available for rent on-site) or the famous Hernandez Hideaway Mexican restaurant for an epic meal.

There are hiking and mountain biking trails all over the place.

To the West, it's just a short drive to the beaches of Del Mar. The coast of San Diego has so much to offer from coffee shops to restaurants to surfing to nightlife.

To the East, just 5 to 10 minutes away there's a great town with coffee shops, restaurants, a large shopping mall, and the San Diego Safari Park (also known as the Wild Animal Park) just 15 minutes from the house.

This is a very central location for experiencing all that San Diego has to offer.

Getting Around:
Uber usually takes only about 5 minutes to arrive and we can help you get a rental vehicle delivered to you if needed.

Other Things to Note:
Upon booking we will send you a full e-sign rental agreement (electronic agreement and signature), which must be completed and signed within 24 hours, along with a photo ID of the primary renter. All guests staying on the property must be listed along with ages of each guest.
For security purposes only, there are several outdoor cameras on the property. They cover the gate as well as front entry of the home, the back doors of the home, the covered palapa and pool area as well as the garage. There are no cameras in the home and all outdoor cameras are aimed away from the interior of the home to protect privacy.

Interaction with Guests:
The property is set up for self-check-in, however, someone will be available remotely to show you how to use the various features either at check-in or shortly thereafter.
