"Die Unterkunft, die Umgebung (insbesondere das Schwimmbad) und das Personal an der Rezeption sind einfach klasse. Super Standort für ausgedehnte Radtouren. Einzig die Kommunikation mit der Agentur Bungalow. Net war ärgerlich. Ich wurde zu Zahlungen (2. Rate, Kaution) im Vorfeld aufgefordert, die dann doch nicht notwendig waren. Das war dann die alte Beteiligten unnötig Arbeit. Kurz vor der Anreise lief dann die Kommunikation glücklicherweise über die Unterkunft. Und das war alles reibungslos."

"Wij hebben een geweldig weekend gehad. Genoeg ruimte voor iedereen. Alles is aanwezig. Wij hebben vooral genoten van de grote tuin met al zijn bewoners. Deze plek is zeker de moeite waard om nog eens naar terug te keren. Groet van Fam.van Boerdonk"

"Een prachtige locatie. Grote tuin, een biljarttafel, pingpongtafel, voetbaltafel voor de kids. Een zeer gerieflijke keuken. Grote slaapkamers met degelijke bedden. Binnen de 30 min. heb je verschillende leuke activiteiten. Een zeer lekkere bakkerij die dichtbij was. Kortom, een topverblijf gehad met onze Framily!"

"Het was super. Jammer dat Belvilla ertussen zit want daar krijg je nul info van. Wel gek dat je gas en licht verbruik moet betalen. Geen compensatie voor kapotte vaatwassers. Verder top huis"

"het was een mooi verblijf, bedden ware goed. het is wat gedateerd. persoonlijk hebben wij hier geen problemen mee. men zou wel wat dingen moeten aanpakken, zoals de lekkage en de inkijk in 1 van de badkamers"

"Overall, an excellent experience. The La Sapiniere had a real apartment feel to it and I could easily see my family and I staying here again. The apartment is well stocked with just about everything that a guest might need to include dishes, toiletries, bedding/linens, cleaning products, and vacuum. "Fantastic house enjoyed by our family of 10 (3 generations) and our dog. The holiday wasn’t spoilt by the poor weather because the house was great. Lots of space - pool, sauna and games room meant everyone was entertained. Prüm is a nice quiet place and we managed to also catch a brilliant concert which was part of the Prümer Sommer! We also easily drove to Luxembourg for the day. Fab holiday!"

"We had a great stay in Birresborn! House is very clean and modern interior. Kitchen has lots of utensils and pans. Would be nice to have some tea towels etc. Overall experience was very good. Close enough to Cochem and Trier for a day trip."
