"Es gab einen herzlichen Empfang, bei dem man sofort merkte, hier hat man mit einer Buchung alles richtig gemacht. Uns erwartete eine sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Ferien-Wohnung in der nichts fehlte. "More of an apartment than actual hotel, the sheets were soft, beds comfortable, the breakfast was really good and staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I slept much better here than in the other hotels in Nuremberg and Munich. "The Houseboat Villa Nautica is not for everyone. My wife and I are 70 and enjoy staying in unique accommodations such as the tented camps in Kenya. We are self-sufficient and are comfortable living out of our two carry-on bags. "A pleasant stay at Brera for a business trip. Although the room was small, it had modern fittings and a handy kitchenette. The tram is close by, as are a small selection of restaurants and a supermarket. Note that checkin is done electronically so there is minimal in person contact.
