1. Travelers must be at least 18 years of age to book.
2. Respect the Neighbors: Parties/events, illegal activities, and excessive noise are prohibited. No loud music after 10 pm.
3. Guest Limit: Only guests listed in your reservation are allowed.
4. No Smoking: Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. A 300€ penalty will apply for non-compliance.
5. Residential Use Only: The Unit is for private, single-family residential use only. No business, profession, or trade activities are allowed.
6. Check-In/Check-Out: Adhere to designated check-in and check-out times. A fee of 50€ per hour will apply for late check-out.
7. Furniture and Structures: Do not move furniture or set up tents/structures. A 300€ cleaning fee will apply for any stains or damage. The
cost of any taken or damaged items will be charged to your account.
8. Liability: We cannot assume liability for issues managed by third-party entities.
9. Damages and Cleaning: Guests are responsible for covering damages or necessary extra cleaning charges after their stay.
10. Departure: Turn off the heating, leave the keys in the designated lockbox, clean the kitchen, and ensure the dishwasher is empty to avoid a 200€ cleaning fee.
11. As part of the verification process, you will be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID, verify your contact details, and complete our guest portal. This information is collected solely for screening and verification purposes and will not be stored or used for any other reason.
12. Check-in instructions will be provided only after the successful completion of the guest portal process.
13. Compliance: Adherence to all house rules is crucial. Non-compliance may result in cancellation of your stay without a refund.
Interaction with Guests:
You can check yourself in using the lockbox to obtain the keys. Access code to the lockbox to retrieve your keys will be sent 3 hours before your arrival time.
